What an incredible place to eat, it was so yummy and so friends friendly, I can’t recommend it enough….. I think I anyone in walking or diving distance should try this place I saw vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and meat options Have a wonderful time there I did!!!!!!

We love this little cafe. Lovely friendly feel. The owner is lovely. Always has time for you. We’ve tried everything from breakfasts to scotch eggs, cakes and baguettes. A lot of the cakes are homemade and are delicious. We’ve always had lovely friendly service so the other reviews on here has really surprised us. Don’t let them put you off. This place is a little gem. Prices are more than reasonable for lovely homemade food. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy coming here. The service is always so friendly and efficient. It has a real family feel and such a welcoming atmosphere. The manager, Zoe, has got such a warm personality that makes you want to stay and come back again. The food is very tasty and the new renovations have really changed the café. I definitely recommend it to all. I can’t wait to go back.

Cafe’s like this one are just what we need, down to earth independently owned cafes that offer a wonderful selection of freshly made specials ( the homemade lasagne and jacket potatoes are delicious!) breakfasts, sandwiches and cakes. I love the fact that I can buy a quality cup of coffee that won’t break the bank like some of the chain cafes and enjoy it in a chilled and cosy atmosphere. It’s a lovely little local cafe , the owner is so friendly and always offers recommendations if you’re not sure what to have. I honestly don’t understand the super harsh reviews ?? I’ve been here so many times , never been disappointed and will keep on coming, if you’re in the area you have to stop by! Highly recommended!

Great friendly welcome, fantastic English breakfast that was well cooked, very reasonable prices, only negative was that the staff aren’t allowed to give the WiFi password out to customers which seems a little strange in the modern world. Only a small issue but wouldn’t stop me going back if I was in the area again.

I had the homemade lasagne with garlic bread and for afters a pot of tea and some homemade lemon drizzle cake. Absolutely delicious no nonsense good homely food. Highly recommended will definitely come again.

We ate here twice while staying at the nearby Ebers hotel (which is awful), We had Fantastic cooked breakfast 2 days in a row, and the staff are very friendly, I would highly recommend this cafe.

Used to be the best brekkie shop in Carrington area, then the staff changed and prices went up. Food is still good but it seems there is a problem with my order every time now from items out of stock to mistakes made by staff.

Came In for a coffee & breakfast and I wasn’t disappointed. The coffee was full flavoured proper Italian coffee and I had a full English , didn’t scrimp on the portions and left full & satisfied, will definitely be coming back.
