Such a hidden gem of a coffee shop in Nottingham. It's a quaint place with the baristas knowing their coffee well, they will willingly help you out to choose a coffee that will suit your taste buds, and boy was I satisfied! The friendly vibe of the place makes me want to visit it again for sure.

Wanted to give it 5 starts badly, because it's such a cosy and lovely hole in the wall with two floors, and the barista and staff were so friendly. However, I feel like the coffee was overpriced, my flat white was really small and over foamed, and quite tasteless. The beans I picked was strong I'd give them that.

I've now been here for lunch twice and loved both times. They have a great vegan and vegetarian menu. The cake selection looks very nice and they do vegan milkshakes. I don't drink coffee but the person I lunched with choose this place because they live their coffee. They really enjoyed the coffee here.

Very friendly guy served me 2 excellent cups of coffee for a reasonable price. The choice of coffees was many more than the big standard coffee chains. The coffee shop is small and cosy and was not very busy when I visited on a cold February Wednesday morning. Having read some other reviews, I wish I'd had something to eat as well. Deserves more customers.

A small and cozy shop found in a typical Nottingham city alleyway. Prices are cheaper than you'll find at chain shops and the coffee is better! Unique selection of flavours as you can choose which type of coffee bean you would like. The interior is very small, creating an intimate atmosphere which is pleasant by yourself or with a loved one. The man who served us was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome - service was also quite fast. I would avoid this shop if you have a group since the total capacity is only 19, although at quieter times it's worth a look in.

We visited this coffee house today purely on the strength of the reviews here on Google Maps. 4.8 out of 5 is not to be sniffed at! I'm adding a rock solid 5 stars, as the flat white I had with the house beans (Brazilian) was absolutely gorgeous. I consider myself a coffee connoisseur and can safely recommend this wonderful place! Reasonable prices and a lovely cosy place to enjoy a top quality coffee.

Old time music adds to the atmosphere but not too loud, so this is a great place to talk. Excellent Brazilian treats to savour and helpful staff. Can get busy but worth a few minutes wait. Really cute little place, hidden down a quiet little street. Everyone is really friendly and has a great selection of coffees. Sandwiches sounded lovely but mine wasn't great - maybe just a poor choice by me though! Not sure though, probably wouldnt eat there again but would definitely go back for drinks. They do a great lunch time offer, though - sandwich and a drink for about £3.95?

I was excited to show the place for my friend. We went in and asked is it OK to sit upstairs? The staff said yes but a minute later he came after us that a family of 4 arrived and we should give away our seats. There were only 2 other people upstairs who sat separately. So we forced to go downstairs which was noisy, when the blender was on we couldn't hear each others voice at all. So we didn't feel comfortable. Regarding the food and drink it was alright. The presentation of it was nice.

Best latte I have ever had. Forget all the other generic branded coffee shops this is a true gem! Hidden away up hurts yard it's a cozy little retreat with a warm and friendly atmosphere and really good prices. Didn't actually want to leave. Also if you visit you must try a brigadeiros a Brazilian delicacy that is the perfect accompaniment to the delicious coffee.

What a great little independent coffee shop! Offers a variety of blends/strengths as well as different teas. Very small but adds to the atmosphere and makes it a little different. Up stairs really does feel like you are sitting in someone's house! Can definitely recommend this to anyone and beats any chain coffee shop (of which there are many in Nottingham)

It all comes down to the coffee. Great place to try out coffees from all over the world. There's a little more space upstairs but this is essentially a small but busy outlet where people talk to each other. It's a really lovely place to go, drink good coffee and talk . . . . even for an old fogey like me.

Honestly the best coffee you’ll even drink in Nottingham. As a massive coffee drinker, I’ve searched a lot and the coffee house definitely earns its name. It comes in a super cute and cosy version too so you won’t even feel you’re in a crowd while trying to enjoy your drink.

Good coffee, but I was disappointed it was a laptop free zone and they insisted. I felt it was rude that I was not allowed to even open it for a few mintues to shoot an email off. Happy to see they are busy enough to have to regulate the seating.
