Staff amazing friendly cheerful funny. The cute guy with a beard very very funny. First time in Cafe Nero Gloucester Green Oxford. Will come here every day on my way to work. Even bought one of the Cafe Nero Cups. So should you. Come here and enjoy the atmosphere friendliness of staff and amazing choices in coffee cakes even Vegan too.

I prefer Caffè Nero in comparison to the other (chain) brands' in UK. The coffee quality is better, cakes also taste nicer & not too sweet. This particular place is quite convenient with one of the door is opened directly to the coach station, traveling into/from Oxford with coaches from London, Gatwick, Cambridge, etc. Free WiFi is available and for customers, there's a clean toilet if needed.

This is by far our favourite coffee shop. The choice of drinks, knowledge and friendliness of the staff cannot be faulted. The price is good too and the coffee is a lot nicer than other larger chains. They are great with kids too and make them feel welcome.

Really enjoy Neros compared with other chains as the emphasis is more on the coffee as opposed to how much cream sugar toppings caramel etc could possibly be added to it. Nice simple and fresh snack offerings. Staff always friendly and have worked there some time which I believe adds to the continuity of good service

Great fast service. Was in a little bit of a rush and desperately needed a hot drink. I ordered a hot chocolate with favouring cream and marshmallows and it was made quickly. Was one of the nicest Nero's drinks I've had in a while and it stayed hot for ages.

Service was super friendly, but they also let people who are waiting for the bus take up a ton of space in the shop. I get being polite, but when people have their suitcases basically stopping you from accessing most seats/tables in areas you should maybe consider having a policy to deal with that.

This café is situated at Gloucester Green behind the bus station, which makes it ideal if you are waiting for a bus/coach, especially if it's cold. There is limited outdoor seating and inside there is a door which opens directly into the bus station. It's normal Caffè Nero fare and was fairly busy for 8am on a Sunday morning. The staff were friendly.
