Reviews of Oxford Brunch Bar

Great location, it’s on the Main Street in front of bus stops. Usually busy at the weekends. Variety of drinks and brunch. Tried the full Oxford and New York breakfast. Filling portions and value for money. Drinks are a bit overpriced. Plenary space to seat. Attentive staff.

The food here is exceptional and good value for money. Framer eggs with Salmon was exceptional. The restaurant however seems understaffed. The staff are nice but are handling a lot and it doesn’t seem to be fair.

Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast here, and the idea of having all day brunch available is wonderful! My Avo, Eggs and Salmon were generously portioned and the eggs cooked to perfection. Reasonable prices, a great location, comfortable and welcoming.

Food was amazing. Staff were very pleasant although understaffed and rushed off their feet.
Drinks overpriced for smoothies but they have to make their money somewhere given good value for food. I’ll be back.
As my gran would say “you can’t get too much of a good thing”

Went here twice during my short trip to Oxford. Vegan porridge with an oat latte was just what I needed. Porridge had a lovely portion of berries with a pleasant light syrup—sweet but not too sweet. I was in a hurry both times and the service was very responsive.

Amazing. Best breakfast we’ve had in a long time. Kind and friendly customer service, the barista asked if we would like to try one of the coffees that was listed in the specials board. He then came to check if we liked the one that we had chosen and when my partner said that he wasn’t much of a fan the barista kindly offered to make him a different drink free of charge.
Only thing I will say is we waited a long time for the bill to come as there weren’t many staff members working and it was fairly busy, however the waitress was very apologetic when she finally got it to us.
Eggs Benedict was fantastic and chorizo was cooked to perfection. Also one of the best oat cappuccinos I have ever had. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Ambience - Nice environment
Food - The sourdough bread was super tough to cut into, to the point we had to use our hands because they didn't have any sharper knives. Eggs benedicts wasn't great, the ham had a very weird texture and scent which was a little offputting. The avocado eggs on toast with salmon was tasty, had generous amount of avocado but the toast was rock hard to cut through. The coffee was half foam to coffee even though its meant to be a latte.
Service - The staff were friendly but the waitress ignored us for a very long time and served someone who came in after us. They got their food and finished before we even got our order. So everything was very slow here. Was quite annoyed that service was automatically added on to the total cost as it was too awkward to say that the service wasn't great.
Overall, love the concept of the place but generally frustrated about the whole experience here as it could have been much better for the price.

This place has warm vibes, a ton of space to work and chill, great music, and really yummy food. The Eggs Benedict was top tier, and the service was great — thank you Serwan! Also, if you’re craving masala chai, this is the place to go in Oxford.

Breakfast and fresh juices were delicious. Prices are reasonable with friendly service.

Cosy little brunch bar with great coffee/food and wonderfully friendly and approachable staff!
