Met my friend here and we both love the atmosphere and friendly polite staff. Cakes are awesome as are the selection of hot and cold sandwiches and rolls. Drinks are farily priced and worth every penny. Lovely chilled out place. Well worth a visit. Easy to get to via a bus route and a pedestrian area. Very clean and hand sanitizer provided. Easy to access toilets and great for wheelchairs and prams etc. Table and chairs are available outside.

Had a lovely malteser slice and a cup of tea (twinnings English breakfast) after a long day in court. Very much enjoyed it. Their coffee are also fantastic - the best in Peterborough.

Best coffee around. Is a very nice and quiet place to grab a coffee. Lovely atmosphere, brilliant place to study I must say. Staff are very friendly and kind plus they never leave you waiting long. Love how there are milk alternatives and sugar free syrups, Brilliant!! The yogurt and Cranberry slices are to die for. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to drink and relax.

Lovely place to go for a cake and a coffee. I walked in after visiting 6 other coffee shops in Peterborough which had no dairy free options for me. I mentioned this to the guys here and they went that extra mile to bake me a fresh croissant so I could enjoy my cake and coffee with my mum and nan. Absolutely beautiful croissant and coffee! Thank you for making me feel welcome and nothing was to much. Wish there was more companies like you guys.

Usually when I visit this store I have a great experience! Lovely people, great coffee, amazing food and a nice atmosphere except from one occasion today where the attitude towards me from a member of staff was vile! I simply ordered my usual and was unkindly corrected when I asked for a medium instead of a regular size. The lady’s tone during the whole order process was blunt and very unwelcoming. I also noticed her attitude in general towards other customers as well as another member of staff who looked quite on edge around her.

Bewiched has been my regular to-go since roughly around 2014. Since then, the business has grown quite considerably but at no cost of quality of coffee or the service they provide. The menu itself offers the general coffee shop go-to’s: americano, cappuccino, lattes, etc as well as a good selection of teas and milkshakes. Quite recently they also started offering a vast selection of dairy-free milk alternatives (oat, soya, coconut and almond but this could vary). There is also a good selection of sandwiches and sweet treats - they even bake fresh croissants every morning. There are gluten-free options too. Currently, due to covid, only outside seating and takeaway services are available although usually there’s plenty of seating inside too. No matter where you end up sitting, you’ll have the best spot for people watching over Bridge Street. In summer months, the shop also opens up by opening the bifold doors across the front. The decor is quite contemporary, a lot of different seating which easily caters for meeting up friends or setting up a casual interview. Some seats offer plug sockets which staff are happy for customers to use. There is also fast wifi. For me, this is without a doubt the best coffee shop in Peterborough. Throughout the years of visiting, this never lacked the friendliness, freshness or quality of coffee or good atmosphere. If you want to get a nice cup of coffee or just happen to be passing by, without a doubt this is the place to go.

The best coffee spot in Peterborough. All the drinks are made with beans ground there and then on the spot, unlike other places that ground them in batches and then leave them to dry out (Bean Around* cough cough). They are always well staffed with polite and engaged baristas, which makes the atmosphere in the shop more comfortable.

Bewiched has a gentle inner core where one might relax to the indie and jazz within while sipping a nice cup of java. What sets them apart is the Brazilian/Indonesian medium roast blend and their hazelnut mocha which tastes like nutella. Yum

Bewiched was a lovely, decent sized coffee shop. I didn't have any of the pastries as was full but they all looked lovely. There was a selection of plant based milk. The staff were friendly and the tables were clean. The toilet facilities were clean too and they had a disabled toilet with baby change area. There were some eye catching art works on the wall, some of which were for sale.

I always go for the Flat White ♥ the staff are friendly and polite, but above all the coffee is always perfect and they are one of very few establishments that get the temperature correct! I say this with all heart and smiles on my face that I have never been disappointed with the tasty range of drinks, shelves stocked full of sandwiches, mouthwatering display of cakes and desserts, and most importantly the inviting atmosphere and service! I have to highlight Chrissy who always entertains my surprise drink requests with a happy smile 😅 (always knocking it out of the park, by the way!) and Toby as a very down to earth and easy to talk to manager both with the supreme coffee knowledge! These guys and the rest of the lovely team both make me want to come back 😊 every time and even if at times I’m too busy to come, they’ll always welcome me back with open arms, or rather even more amazing coffee!

I'm excited to see vegan cake is available which is safe for her to eat. Very happy! Can't wait to bring my husband to check it out. Definitely coming again. I also use a walking aid which makes it difficult to carry trays so despite usually taking them yourself the staff member saw I had a stick and brought it for me instead. Fantastic trip to Bewiched in Peterborough City Centre on Monday the 5th of February. Not located within Peterborough, but found this little hidden treasure in a not so busy street, most the stores around were shutting so was surprised to find it open. I was greeted by a young lady who I believe name was Shannon. Store was empty when we arrived, so we hesitated thinking it was closed, but she welcomed us in and told us that the store was still open. She made our drinks promptly, which were extremely nice, we both opted for a cappuccino, told us to find a seat and she would bring them over, when she did she was more than happy to converse with us about our trip to Peterborough and recommended a few places to go whilst we were still here, she really made us feel welcome, Fantastic coffee shop, fantastic staff and fantastic coffee. Only downside was the stairs to the toilets as my partner struggled getting down them and they seem to need a little uplift.

In response to Gaming bears earlier post today in reference to a large group of regulars moving tables and chairs etc.I was with the person who made that post and never in my time of using a coffee shop whether an independent or multiple have I ever seen such disrespect as I witnessed today.I don’t think it’s right that people willy nilly start moving furniture without asking permission and even if you do how about asking those on the next table if what they are doing is okay with them.On my visit today with my son I literally found one of this particular perched on my knee without once apologising.I love bewitched coffee in Peterborough and I will use it again but next visit I will have something to say.I would suggest to any large groups visiting how about being polite and ask first if it’s okay to move tables and chairs

Displays on the left and right as you enter showcase the creative events in Peterborough. Bewiched attracts a more studious crowd and makes a nice change from the more popular chains.
