Chaiiwala is good place to have an Indian type chai and have a chats with ur friends. They have good quality snacks which is made when we place the order only, so it will be fresh and good in taste as well. The drawback is sometimes it's busy and we have to wait if you need to sit on a table. Good customer service and attentive staffs make the place more beautiful.

Tasty food, small portions though. Highly priced if compared to a restaurants nearby e g. Desi. They mixed up our orders. Instead of masala chips we got normal chips. Instead of paratha, got masala chips while receipt showed naan. Lolll. 😁😆 Not just one error, as the highlight was when someone's order was given to us, then the staff member grabbed it from our plate and give to the other customer, then seconds later brought our 🙄 - Why not just give the other one to the other customer? But, the funniest part was when Order numbers get shouted out after we ordered while receipts were not given to us. Would expect that numbers r needed in mcdonalds not a small cafe 😁😄as the staff member still ended up bringing it to our table so remembered who ordered what so could hv saved themselves the 5 shout outs. 😁 Generally, were not very friendly, considering it is new. Looked frustrated. Not happy and angry especially when had to remind about an order twice. Beautiful decor though. Slightly bigger premises n sitting area than Chaiwalla. But generally, the Menu style, food choices, lighting etc are copied concepts from chaiwalla. Would order the food again though, as was tasty, but maybe not every week! Lolll 😁😆

They make awesome teas. Specially the Karak Chai is always excellent. Food quality needs improvement though for me to frequent them. Still a very good place for tea.

Gr8 little place. Sweet Indian masala Chai comes with super Indian breakfast of masala omelet (cheese, onion, green chillies, tomato, turmeric), salad, pickle, 2 parathas (thick Indian bread)/rotis (thinner Indian bread), and chana (curried chick peas)! Other stuff good too. Try it. Note that this outlet is a very small, simple restaurant- only a couple of small tables inside and a couple of small tables outside.

love these guys. originally started from leicester I was over the moon to see this open in peterborough and around my corner! lovely family run franchise and the taste is amazing. i have impressed so many friends with thier nutella roti.... it is amazing. the tea is addictive and the customer service is so good where they do their best to make you feel relaxed. a very good experience and lovely to see something so original on lincoln road.

Really good pink tea and parathas. Would recommend this place to everyone. I would also recommend for breakfast. They’re Gulab Jamun cheesecake, pink tea cake and masala fries. Sort of food available here is generally street food that is available in Pakistan. The quality is quite better. They are consistent with the food that they deliver such that we always know what to expect. It is a cash only shop. If you don’t have any like some of us, then there is an ATM across the road.

Breakfast is ok. Tea was nice until i found out it is made purely out of powder and no milk at all! I left half of the tea after drinking half and came back to the half I had left after 30 mins and the tea inside was all black.. 😟 real milk doesn't go black after 30 minutes.. most of their food is just processed and microwaved.. Breakfast at home is better ❤

Great Chai and delicious breakfast. Some of the menu items don't taste the same as before and aren't consistent. Overall highly recommend. Update: have ordered a number of times so my review is fair - they ALWAYS miss an item from my delivery and one person always ends up without food. Consistency is getting worse and prices have increased whilst quality has decreased.
