Ice cream is very nice but little expensive than other ice parlor. Recommended also check out chocolate and don't forget to register for their rewards program you get 5£ off on your birthday and also 15/20% off reward.

I have ordered from here many times. I’ve never gone into the place. Always click and collect or mostly delivery. Everything always goes smoothly. There was one a error in delivery and Hotel Chocolate did a refund and discount on the next order. Always really happy. Just placed another order from abroad and it works well.

As someone who has been the architect in building a brand I can say Hotel Chocolat is one of the most perfectly structured shops on the high street. Great choices of old favorites and new innovative tastes in chocolates never fail to impress. Once tried you'll always go back again and again.

The Entrance, and Exit are in Queensgate Shopping Centre, but the left hand of the shop is in the Westgate Arcade. All the chocolate looks delicious, on this occasion I decided to just to have a large Dark Mint Hot Chocolate, it was sublime. What spoilt it for me was the member of staff that served showed no interest in serving me, and was very slow in doing so when she did. I did ask for it to be made with Coconut Milk but they had ran out of it, these things happen, but was it a one off I can not say, I hope not.

Prices are rather indulgent as is the chocolate they sell, if you like chocolate pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed. Staff are friendly and super helpful.

A perfect little shop to get your chocolate fix whether it is a flavoured chocolate bar like a passion fruit chocolate bar selector, a bottle of cocoa and chilli finishing oil, a pack of chocolate pasta or a tub of salted caramel hot chocolate. This shops sells anything and everything related to chocolate. Tip: try one of their hot drinks. The vanilla white chocolate hot chocolte is delicious

Have always found this particular branch to be outstanding in every regard. A large variety of drinks, chocolates and other sweet essentials to your heart’s content - both supplied and served by absolutely wonderful staff, all whilst making the store very welcoming to the public. Every encounter I have had here has been a pleasant experience, and I very much appreciate the help of them delivering chocolates and flowers to my missus who works nearby (forgot to catch a specific name, my apologies but you know who you are! endless praises and gratitude both for you and your colleagues) They will always have my recommendation and business.
