Booked a table for 2 as recommended. No prices on the menu which I find difficult to budget, fortunately cost was not important that day but I like to know what I am letting myself into. Quite expensive which is what I expected with no prices on show. Service slow on that day as wasn't sure of their order system. A very pleasant cafe with choice of eating inside or outside on the green. Very popular place. Bought some lovely cake to take home.

A lovely, cosy, cute coffee place tucked in the beautiful village of Castor. Our cappuccinos were good, though I prefer with less foam. Cherry Frangipane with Cream was excellently baked. Smiling helping staff, just need little improvement in serving food on time. Overall a great experience and will surely be visiting again.

This place is amazing. We have taken items away several times but we decided to sit in and booked a table for the next day. Unfortunately on the day our little ones nursery was unexpectedly closed due to staff illness so we took our two little ones with us including our 3 year old Autistic son. He did not settle well and was upset by the noise of the coffee machine. The staff were absolutely incredible. They really made an effort to help him settle and they were really helpful and friendly. They warned us every time they turned the coffee machine on so we could help him with the noise. The food and drinks were amazing, really fresh and excellent quick service. I was blown away by this place and would definitely recommend it

I visited the coffee house when I came to Peterborough to visit my family. It was one of the best coffee houses ive been too! Local and cosy - living in Amsterdam, you dont find such places hence I absolutely fell in love with the place. Great coffee, great cakes! Would definitely come here again on my next visit to Peterborough.

We often stop here for coffee and panini or some cake, which are all delicious. Sitting on the little green opposite, in the sunshine, is wonderful! Staff are all so friendly. Lovely place to visit!

Went here because of a recommendation and was greatly impressed by the choice of high quality food and drink. Lots of local produce used particularly relish - yum yum! Paninis, pizzas, cooked meals. Excellent coffee. This is a tiny gem of a place with seating at a premium so get there early for a table. Parking on the road outside is fine. The staff are lovely.

Cure friendly coffee house with friendly service and a reasonable selection of sandwiches and cakes. Parking is a bit tight, you finish up parking in the small housing estate opposite but not really a problem. Friendly local shop right next door.

Loved it. The decoration, food choice amd quality as well as the staff were excellent. We were out for a eslk nearby and fancied a snack and coffee, google maps showed this as the nearest place so off we went. We were not disappointed.

Cozy coffee shop in the middle of Castor and Ailsworth , homemade pastries , cakes , rolls and sandwiches, hot and cold drinks , also stocks a small selection of gifts for the home , staff always friendly, latte was probably the best i ve ever tasted.

Nice little village coffee house, just what you would want to come acrross on a country bikeride during summer. Coffee is always prepared well and served with a smile, the milkshakes are awesome and there food for in house or take away always manaages to fill me up and is beautifully prepared for in housw dinning
