Staff were lovely but unable to give cream for my hot chocolate which is not that bad, but the cleanliness got to me a little. There were trays and cups left on many tables and really looked untidy. Plus if the trays were there then it is likely that the tables hadn't been cleaned since the last customer. I figured in a covid era this might be a priority for many people.

My drink was the usual high quality Costa coffee. The queue was out the door, however due to the quick efficient service I didn't have to wait anymore than 10 minutes. Staff all seemed pleasant, and I received great customer service.

Usually my go to Costa when in town but is far too busy. I don't think I've ever been here when I've not had to queue from the front door. The layout isn't the best for the amount of footfall it has and could do with a change to suit the takeaway people.

Really great Costa. Use this coffee shop more than most and they're attention to detail is good too. Of you order online I find that they miss items out or send you the incorrect item which can be annoying, especially if you don't like the item they send you in place of an item they've ran out of but says is in stock when ordering online. They're always polite in this shop and one staff member in particular is awesome, Can't remember his name but he's always so happy and polite, it's great to see considering the last year we've all had to endure. I'd recommend this Costa though, they make you feel welcome (unlike others I've been to) and it's a nice atmosphere to sit and have a drink/lunch in (when open).

Just popped in here after a 4pm coach journey from Penzance, Cornwall. Needed a hot drink to keep me going. Me with my awkward suitcase and bag, the man who served me was not only polite and made my morning before I catch another coach. My large hot chocolate was delicious and definitely love a good experience when I'm out and about. Keep up the good work 👍

Most staff here are absolutely fantastic, but couldn't give 5 stars, as one new male staff member has made several mistakes everytime I've been served by him (I dread him now) costing me money each and every time. This individual clearly needs more training and shouldn't be left with the till yet.

As a wheelchair user I find that the access to the cafe is very good with many spaces easily accessed by chairs. Toilets are good and the staff are very helpful and are always on had to help if needed. They even bring your order to the outdoor seating if required. Not all Costa's are the same but this one is great. Enjoy.

It's a standard Costa serving standard Costa stuff: coffees, snacks, mugs, etc. Can't fault it in any way (hence 5 stars) but it is a chain store and so will be much the same experience as all other costas

It's Costa. Much the same as any other Costa. Coffee tastes the same. Wait time about the same and amount of seats roughly the same to all the other Costa's that I have been in. I would give it 5 stars if they stopped pushing their new bean. I just want the old normal coffee please!

Good cafe with plenty of seating, and room to manoeuvre around tables etc. which can be rare in some Costa coffee shops. As always, there's usually a long queue of people lined up to order, but it moves fairly quickly and is worth the wait. The speciality coffees are amazing, especially the gingerbread latte!

Like all Costa stores it serves pretty good coffee at a slightly high price. The staff are always friendly and helpful and Costa's in house barista training means you can always rely on the quality of the coffee.

Many different coffees on offer. Wide range of cakes available. The carrot cake is definitely worth trying 😊. Their toasted sandwiches are also very good. Outside seating is provided if you like a cigarette with your coffee. At busy times service can be a little slow, but staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee shop is suitable for wheelchair users or disabled customers. There is an automatic door, and three toilets are on the ground floor. Staff are only too willing to carry your tray if you are unable to do so.

A great city center location for this chain coffee shop. Due to the central location, it can get pretty busy. However even if there is a large queue it does not take too long to get served. The tables don't tend to get cleared too often (at least from what I have seen). Last time I visited two of the three toilets were out of order so there was a queue for that. If the toilets were working it would gain a star as I feel they are essential anywhere that sells food and drinks. I always think the cakes and biscuits are a bit overpriced for what they are but the drinks are pretty reasonable. I do like that you get a discount on takeaway drinks if you bring your own cup, this is a good way to cut down on waste. For the size it doesn't have that much seating really but does have dividers meaning for a cental city coffee shop it's not too loud.

Coffee was nice a bit over priced as it was 360 for a medium hazelnut latte, service was quick and the staff were really friendly, seating is well laid out and comfortable. Just be aware that during peak times it can become very busy due to the location.
