I am a semi-regular at Pumpkin and I am always welcomed by a warm smile by anyone behind the desk. They usually call out my order as I approach as they have a super memory of customers and their previous orders. Prompt service always delivered, enabling me to get out to the platform intime for my train. Keep up the great work 👍

Was given a warm welcome on entering the cafe. Our orders were taken professionally and the two staff members (George and Gill) were very friendly, smiley and accommodating. I was offered other foods when ordering too. The cafe was clean, tidying and had a nice atmosphere. Prices were good too. Definitely be back whilst on our train travels.

I came in on my way to Argyle vs Chelsea and they were open early for us to get hot food and hot drink for journey. Even though it was early the guy and lady behind counter were happy and friendly and coffee hit the spot perfectly

I pass through Plymouth station a few times a month and the trip wouldn't be complete without a refuel at the Pumpkin Cafe. Great coffee and wonderfully friendly staff. I highly recommend getting to the station 10 minutes early and treating yourself to a latte.

Great service - was unsure whether I would have time to grab a coffee before my train but so glad I took the risk as George made me a great coffee super quickly and with a lovely smile! Would definitely go back.

Came in on my way back to scotland and was very happy as cafe was open guy seving was super friendly and quick and food was tasty. I ordered bacon roll deal as was surprised how quickly it was made very highly recommend a visit to this cafe as quick service with a smile

About 11:55 i went to spend my voucher i received 2 days ago & the three ladies who served me knew straight away on what to do with the voucher, they were fantastic & happy & cheerful to all the customers. Please pass on my Thanks from the gent in a blue & red coat. They were an absolute credit to your team.

I found that the deal on posters reference £2 for a bacon sandwich to be misleading. After ordering a bacon sandwich and a tea, was suprised to find the cost was over £4, as I was expecting it to be £2 for a bacon sandwich and a tea, NOT just the bacon sandwich costing £2. This needs to be much clearer on your advertisement. After speaking to staff, they are aware and also feel it is misleading.

Lovely staff and tasty food and drink. Usually have a toastie and coffee. They always have oat milk and their toasties are made fresh each day. Not the cheapest of places but good for a bite of breakie in the morning.

We were on the train from Bristol temple meads to Penzance and there was no refreshment service on the train. We phoned through an order as we were arriving in Plymouth station and George and Gill were fabulous. So accommodating, they had the order ready for when we ran through to pick it up and we made it back on the train before it left. For the oldies reading this, it was a real Challenge Anneka moment. Fabulous customer service. Thanks George & Gill. You are amazing.

The girls that served me were warm and cheerfully people with a good atmosphere. I had a bacon roll and a small drink and they informed me I will save money. The roll was filled with bacon and delisous.

They are a great staff. Good food, lots of offerings and beverages. When I first arrived in England from the states to live for a year, we ended our journey from London here in Plymouth Station. My husband left me with our years worth of luggage to go pick up the company car. He was in an accident and I was stuck for 4+hrs. I had no UK money yet only my C.C.'s and the restroom is 20p. As you can imagine I was beyond stuck and the staff were so nice to me.
