The best Starbucks/ Coffee establishment I've ever been to. The workers are always so lovely, and polite! It's always really clean in here too, with good vibes. ❤️

Got there about an hour before it closed, so they were already packing chairs away etc. Nice and friendly. One staff accidentally swore, apologised quickly, but I'd barely heard her anyway, so it wasn't a problem at all. All in all, not bad for a first experience of Starbucks!

Lovely staff but pointless going in person. Even if you order a solitary cup of tea, there will be a roster of Deliveroo drivers who take precedence. Genuinely going to start ordering on Deliveroo instead because it’ll be quicker, further confirming that the convenience economy has made lazy slobs of us all.

The churro feap was delicious. I love Starbucks. And i love their frappucinos (mocha frap with extra shot or caffeine?? Yeeees please!) They have great coffee and a fantastic selection. And their iced drinks/ frappucinos are faaar superior to costa.

My partner and I went here for a coffee after a pretty bad day and got amazing customer service from an employee called Nadia. We asked for a sleeve for our reusable coffee cups and she gave us a few more than we asked for. Amazing service and had a lovely conversation with her too. She definitely deserves a raise.

New premises, very clean and modern atmosphere. Pricey as all other Starbucks but I was pleasantly amazed to find my most favourite Matcha latte! As a Japanese, the green drink always reminds me of home and could never get in Plymouth till now. I could even choose unsweetened, which I never expect outside Japan. The latte was rich, creamy and authentically bitter. I loved it so much I would definitely recommend my other Japanese friends and go back to have it cold next time.

The friendliest, nicest coffee house I’ve known. All the staff know our names. My dog is welcomed with cuddles if they’re not busy. Nothing is too much trouble. I hate to see reviews saying the coffee/drink was bad.....tell them! They will happily remake your drink to your liking or even change it completely. The atmosphere is chilled. Music is non-invasive and pleasant. Free WiFi and power points. The staff are all wonderfully friendly and like a giggle but remain totally helpful and professional. I went to Costa once. (!)

I can vouch for the friendliness of the staff at the Mutley Plain Starbucks. They are always great, never had a bad experience at this particular branch. And the pup always enjoys his puppicino while we grab our drinks and food :).

My favorite coffee shop in Plymouth. Yes, its a Starbucks. Yes, its owned by a corporation. Yes, they still give out plastic (unfortunately). Yes, the coffee is good. Yes, the electric fly killer works perfectly. Yes, the food is tasty fodder, but probably slightly overpriced (but what would you expect as it comes in pre-made). But No, the staff are not robot zombies that don't care about the service they provide. I've spent a fair amount of time here working or reading over the last year or so. All the staff use my name (and I theirs) and know what I normally have to the point where usually I don't have to ask. The team here is what keeps me coming back time after time. So to Adam, Zoe, Charlie, Annie, Dekkers, Lili, Lea and Alice (with an honorable mention for Maddy - gone but not forgotten), keep up the good work - its appreciated. Note to Starbucks upper management: Take note of this outlet, they are doing it right.
