Worth a visit and was busy. I would of given it four stars ⭐ but each time we've been in you come out smelling like a chip pan. What ever they fry the food smells repulsive and sticks to your clothing and to be honest it ruined our visit. Me thinks they would benefit from some extraction within the kitchen.

After a sunny Autumn walk around the docks with our dog we stopped off for coffee and cake at the Beach Hut, We Enjoyed sitting outside watching the boats and a train go bye.

I visit at least twice a week. Fabulous staff make a great atmosphere, food is always freshly cooked and attractively served Beer choices are superb and my dog loves his sausages!!! Highly recommended.

Great little cafe on the dockside. Sit in or out with nice food and beverage options including draught beers. Excellent refuelling stop on the Guild Wheel. Staff are great too always friendly and helpful.

Really lovely place and location, they just installed a new sitting area outside, dog friendly and the food is delicious. This time though somehow they left out part of the order completely, so one of us was left hungry, and dog bowls were empty too.

First time visit order bacon sasage &egg barm for me plus a amerciano my partner ordered bacon &sasages barm with a lattee the coffee were good the barm cakes were not good cheap sasages egg was well done perfare mine dippy barm cake was dry not fresh won't be going again

Been a regular of this cafe on the docks for over 30 years since it was opened as part of docks makeover It's a pleasant place in summer months by the marina and handy if doing the guild wheel for a stop off ice cream The food and drink is a bit hit and miss, the scones are usually pretty good, freshly made and fairly sizable However the coffee isn't the best and had the odd stale toasted teacake here too The shop here is ok too for the item of marine clothing
