Visited this place and I was very impressed about it. Came here to meet with a friend, while we walked down on the street we saw this location. Went in, the cafe very clean, it is looking very interesting inside. The menu has a huge variety of food and drinks. Bonus: they have a full menu for Vegan and Vegetarian 10|10. Staff is friendly, kind, polite. You can pay cash, card, no minimum payment. They have an outside sitting as well. Don’t hesitate to pop in if you are in the area, you will not regret it.

Staff really friendly, food tasted amazing! Chips could have been hotter but they tasted great! (Visited again and everything tasted great and the chips were hotter this time! Full marks again!👍 I asked my daughter if the burgers beat macdonalds, her response was "a bit!" This is much higher praise than what it sounds like! Thank you! )

1st visit, impressed with the clean smart decor, polite service when ordering from TV boards, tea was a nice brew, the food arrived promptly and fresh, my breakfast wrap was just enough, not a greasy mess, tasty, also ordered 2 poached eggs bacon toast which was also nice looking, place was not busy which enhanced the experience, table was cleared after finishing with polite friendliness Overall a reasonably priced experience in a nice place

If your train is cancelled in Preston come to Bob and Berts. Couple of minutes from the station. Lovely place. Great menu. Friendly staff. Feeling much better for a peanet stack and a smoothie.

Visited here today there was an amazing array of items on the menus. We ordered the pancakes and a Strawberry ice-cream shake it it was beautiful. The staff were friendly and despite it being a city centre establishment it was really quick and absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend no matter whether it's for breakfast, lunch and or a snack like pankakes. It was very reasonably priced for what you got aswell, and the decor was lovely and it was absolutely spotlessly clean. I genuinely can't recommend this establishment enough. Make sure you visit if your in Preston.

Absolutely adore the Coffee Shop and Grub stop, I couldn't be bothered waiting in the line at Starbucks for a coffee. Popped into this lovely place and the service was amazing, everyone was cheerful and made a great start to my day. Thank you Team.

Lots of food and drinks choices and friendly staff - a less than 2 minute walk from Preston train station so it's really ideal for getting great food, cake or coffee if you've got a bit of time to spare in Preston and don't want to hang about Preston train station! Lots of seating and wheelchair/pushchair friendly.

The food from Bob and Berts is absolutely amazing but that's not the full reason for the 5 stars, this lunch time there was an issue when I ordered food (not delivered), so I rang Bob and Berts to make them aware (fault was just eat), an absolute fantastic member of staff called Keeley answered. Due to it being her first day she had to seek advice from the manager, then she was back in touch with me immediately, we were then offered a free cake with our next order out of good will. I really appreciate how understanding,, professional and polite this lady was, Thank you Keeley you're a star x

Real nice relaxed atmosphere and decor, incredibly friendly staff. Great for families too. Coffee, milkshakes, cakes seem to be their forte but we had food which was very good. Chicken similar to KFC, very nice. Will no doubt be back at some point.

Really clean, friendly and swift service. I had a large latte which was so much larger than I could've ever expected and the BBQ Hog Burger was absolutely amazing! Most importantly for me is that the toilets are individual unisex (gender-neutral) rooms which is an excellent inclusive touch! Would really recommend!

I'm often a bit dubious of chains, to be honest, but needed somewhere to work from for a few hours and my friend recommended Bob & Berts in Preston. The flat white was great (and I'm super fussy about coffee), great background music, the WiFi connection was super strong, but most of all the customer service was 5 Star. Thank you Davy and Shannon, super friendly, helpful and efficient. I'm so glad I checked this place out. I hope the awesome staff get the recognition they deserve :)

Disappointed in the quality of the food today, my partner's waffle was dry and he's not usually one to complain about his food but he did not enjoy it at all! My burger was average at best and didn't taste 'homemade' as stated in the menu. It's a shame, because it's quite nice inside.

Our favourite place to eat in Preston. Food and service is always good. The only issue we had last time was the music was quite loud and it meant my mum who is pretty death and wear hearing aids, was struggling. She did ask them to turn it down and they did, but she felt quite embarrassed having to ask them. I imagine this was just an unaware thing, if your hearing is fine you probably wouldn't realise how difficult background noise can be for some. But the staff are always great, friendly, efficient and super helpful so we will be visiting lots more in the future!

First visit today. Saw it on the street and took a chance. Glad I did. It was around 4 so probably quieter than earlier in the day. Meant lots of seating to chose from and a relaxed atmosphere. Ordered a breakfast bap, flat white and some tiffin from the friendly communicative staff. Bap was nice (spicy tom relish maybe a bit too much, for my tastes at least) but the tiffin was the best I'd tasted! Definitely go again when I'm next in Preston

A fantastic Coffee shop, with friendly and helpful staff, handy for Rail and bus links (for near and far customers). Handy for disabled/wheelchair customers as the entrance has a ramp with the cakes inside on eye level, to make it easier for what you want, definitely recommend to anyone

Amazing place. Best place to grab after shopping food or coffee and chat. Amazing food. Amazing drinks. Love the welcoming environment. Only point is that a slice of cake is around £5 and should be cheaper as way on the expensive side. As well as icing is like an inch thick so had to leave half. Bar that definitely would visit again as a regular coffee spot. Both for friends and work.

Was so glad to finally see a Bob and Berts cafe come here as we have many of them over in Northern Ireland! Food is high quality and don't have to wait long for it, drinks are made speedily as well and are delicious and have vegan options as well as a gluten free menu.

Nice selection of hot & cold foods like burgers, panini's and salads, and they even have a small breakfast menu too. They have a decent range of hot & cold drinks and cakes and other little treats. I've been twice and I do like their food, everything gets served pretty quickly and fresh, and the staff are always warm n friendly - it's the little things like both times people have shouted over goodbye from the counter as I left, you're lucky if you get a grunt off a lot of establishments these days. The only slight negative I have is the food can be a little bland for my liking, maybe could do with a bit more seasoning, but I imagine most people wouldn't have an issue with that. I'm just a bit fussy I suppose. Definitely recommended and a welcome addition to Preston.

Decided to try out Bob & Berts Preston this afternoon with my family. Very welcoming staff and happy to see us. Quickly served at the counter and great customer service on the ordering. Food arrived quickly and looked amazing, tasted even more amazing. Good quality burgers full of flavour and well worth the value paid. Everyone in our group was happy with their meals and nothing was left. Fantastic time in there so thank you to all the staff at Bob & Berts Preston on a cold Sunday afternoon 🤗

Just been to Bob and Berts Preston, Wow what an experience we have just had. The berry stack pancakes where to die for and my daughter had the Nutella waffles, and a Berts hot chocolate, she ate and drank the lot. The staff where friendly especially Lyndsey and the whole store looked clean and tidy. It was just a great atmosphere I will defiantly be back with the rest of my family.

After opening in Preston, Bob and Berts is literally my favourite place now. The service is great, the food is delicious, the venue is constantly kept clean and tidy.
