Quiet and peaceful in the morning, clean and has a lovely atmosphere. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Worth coming here in between train changes for a quick caffeine fix and was only a 1 minute walk from the train station😊

Good vibe as always. Excellent coffee grain. Not strong but tasty. Chai Café was my choice on this occasion, and I was impressed. 4 star rating due to cleanliness overall as it was a little busy and only 2 staff were serving and tables were left unclean. The service was fast and prompt too.

Excellent service from the two young ladies working here this afternoon. (Monday 15th August about 2-3pm). Chocolate Milano (or Luxury Hot Chocolate as it's now known) is delicious. I was also very happy with the Brie and Bacon Panini. The Lemon cake slice was lovely.

We went on a day when staff were not happy I think. So service wasn't good. Sandwich without a plate, not listening to your order properly. Sat in the back and only 2 others there doing work on computers. Not cosy. Small area on the street/outdoor seating was full as we passed. For a Saturday afternoon in main area of shopping not busy. Gf/df sandwich but no cake here. Smaller cafe. One toilet for all - disabled included.

The best hot chocolate in the town centre along with a scone jam and cream for a bit of indulgence. Service is great, trying to find a comfortable seat when you are own your own is a bit tricky though. Not a fan of the one and only toilet though.

Quality service and quick! On a bank holiday Monday I was expecting any coffee shops open however I was pleasantly surprised that this shop was open. Even at 7:40am the morning vibe was apparent but what was even more impressive was the service and price...... I've been in Some coffee shops But Id rate this a ten!!! Even the toilet's cleaning rota was up to date!!!!! Well done 🤗

Love Cafe Nero. Best coffee 😍 however, we popped in after a cold walk into Preston and ordered the Belgium Hot Chocolate with whipped cream ☕ Talk about a real chocolate hit, this was it.... delicious, though at £3.55 a cup, I doubt it'll be a regular purchase plus the calories 🤣 It was a lovely treat. ❤️

The 4 star rating is slightly generous, but a 3 would be too low. Interior decor is a little tired. Newspapers are available to buy, or free if a previous customer has bought one and then placed it in the rack. My sandwich and latte where fine.

Best caffè ever! Well one you can find in England anyway. Their espressos and other styles of drinks are always very well made and I really have no complaints as they are so consistently accurate with their preparation. There is a variety of sirups and milks to change up the flavours of your mocha or a cappuccino or a hot chocolate if you wish.

One of my favorite in Preston, strong coffee, quality newspapers, fast service, a bit expensive, excellent location after a journey in train equipped with a little terrace outside you can watch the world pass by, disabled toilet downstairs if you are lazy like me it helps, i will add some pictures next time. Service fast efficient it takes loyalty apps and cards, overall i recommend it.

Decent toasties at an ok price. Staff are generally efficient, there can be crazy queues due to O2 freebies, it would probably be better if they offered the free drinks to people making another purchase as it's frustrating to wait ten minutes to pay for lunch when you're queuing beging 6-7 people who aren't buying anything. I'm on O2 myself and it's a great offer but when most customers don't purchase anything else, I'm not sure what Nero get out of it.

Typical Nero selling the usual drinks, cakes and sandwiches. Busy location on Fishergate and near the train station. Took a while to get served, and it's not that clean with a lot of dirty table, sticky handrails on the steps, etc. Not my favourite place for a coffee

My husband and myself were shopping at Preston this morning . At about 11 oclock we decided to have a coffee in Neros . [our favourite coffee} The coffee was good and staff very friendly but I was amazed how filthy the place was . It was not just a days dirt . The fooor and skirting boards looked like they hadn't been done for a long time. The counter and glass case was also dirty.We use a neros nearly every day that's why I was surprised how dirty that one was .

Of the two neros in the town this is the dirtier one and the service is usually slower. The quality is usually consistent with other neros. This can be full of students and they are usually loud.

The coffee and cake is nice like any other Nero store. However when i went to this particular Nero store today I was not impressed by the state of it in parts. E.G there was no toilet roll in the mens toilet, there were several tables unclean and tables that hadn't been cleared with trays of dirty cups and plates on them, there were no napkins available and there was no jug of water upstairs and downstairs there was a water jug but no glasses.
