It’s not bad. Over hyped but a very clean place. I ate from there a few times. But not really found a wow factor. Some people love it. I don’t think u should let it go by. Definitely try it.

I have huge x2 complaints! No.1 spicy potato burger was so good I ate half of the wrapper before noticing, and no.2 it was too damn small, before I have noticed it was gone and I was devastated!....I'll be coming back for more, well done to Chaiiwalla team it's very rare for me to rate someone to a 5 star🌟

Loved everything about the place! The ambiance, the food, the setting, everything! The food was extremely delicious and was just like that of street food you'd find in India/Pakistan. The service was excellent and we got our dishes sooner than expected! The prices are reasonable as well!10/10 recommended for anyone looking for Indian/Pakistani street food in Preston!

Loads of different options, teas, cakes, lemonades and ice creams and etc my favourite, the gulab gamun cheescake, if is a pretty spot to hang out with your friends and have a cup of chai, all of the staff are nice, but the things are a bit overpriced, I used to have to go to Blackburn to get chaiwalla but now it's around the corner, if you haven't been here you should try it out!

This was our first visit to chaiiwala, Khadijah who served us was welcoming and helped us navigate the menu, and gave some excellent recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious, and despite the potential problem of parking in the area, I would recommend this restraunt to anyone who enjoys fresh flavoursome food.

Had mix experience today first time at chaiwala , preston. Pani puni - ( 1/10 ) . Compare to £4.50 its avarage taste, expensive . Over rated. Even didn't provide enough mixer for 6 gol gappa. Pav bhaji- 6/10. It didn't feel like m having a pav bhaji. Alu tikki Burger and kebab roll-10/10 those there the best . Favoured .loved it. Faluda- 2/10 less faluda but more cream Chicken kebab double up roll- 3/10 . Tiny 2 pieces kebab with mint sauce wrap. £4.5 !!!!! Overall spend £34 for 2 ppl .

I have too say that most of the times when I come here it’s Quite a Pleasant Experience but today the 2 Girls that were on in Aameenah and Khadijah were Absolutely Brilliant 🤩 and Awesome Respect ✊🏿 is Earnt and not giving nor should you be giving it Some Customers need too learn the very basics Ethics, and Morals and Manners…………. Only downside I found with the samosa chat the cream cheese ontop was too heavy for the dish overall it was good but that kind of ruined it if I was to order it again would definitely be without that. Other than that it's reasonably priced to a certain extent would recommend

Come with friends almost every night. For a start the service is excellent especially from the two young lady’s, Amina and Khadijah, very welcoming upon entrance and always there to help if needed. Nice selection of treats. Service is a bit slow and impersonal at times. I do agree with other reviews about the location of this shop, but it isn't helpful for everyone else to leave 1 star reviews because of residential parking concerns, youths hanging around etc. That said, Chaiwalla should listen to the concerns and perhaps seek a better location.

Yesterday I visited chaiwala Preston with my two daughters.we had a breakfast there. It was our first ever visit to any chaiwala in UK although we live in Manchester. Their presentation is immaculate, food is fresh and inside decor is lovely. I really appreciate management for creating an innovative hybrid desi food eatrie at a very affordable price. Now anyone can enjoy desi food at reasonable prices. And I want to mention the names of two young souls who really showed their promise with their lovely service. Sohaib and Amina. I visit Chaiwala pretty much every day for my daily guilty pleasure (Karak Coffee - always large and always steamed!). Not only is the selection of beverages superb, the diversity and quality of food is also awesome. To top it all off, you can always expect quality service.👌🏽 Whilst all the staff are great, I've got to give a special shoutout to Sabiha, who has a very bubbly personality and an infectious smile!
