c. s.Had a scrumptious late breakfast here this morning, asked the very pleasant staff if I could have everything crisped up including bacon and everything was served exactly as I’d asked. Portions were good and food piping hot, price also reasonable, I can honestly say this was the most tasty breakfast I’d ever had, I would highly recommend
S. A.Breakfast was awesome.... BUT extremely hot egg... burnt my mouth. But staff was very pleasant... located right next to TK Max on the ground floor and reasonable priced on eat in. Takeaway was not good price in my view... charged 2.65 for a medium black coffee which is think is ridiculous. But taste wise the place is good... staff wise great... it's the prices that you should assess yourself... and careful of the food temperature.
M. T.Stopped for a coffee and the only clear table was set up for 4 people, all other tables were either occupied or had used cups, plates and left over food scraps on.
Would it not be a good idea that as a waiter/waitress brought out food to other tables, that on their way back to the kitchen, they picked up and vleared empty tables. I am sure more people would use the cafe if tables were cleared.

Boswells has a wide selection of foods on there menue. Unfottunatly the prices have increased significantly compared with a year ago, however the quality of food and customer service goes a long way to justifying this.
W. P.Stopped for coffee and it was really good. Kind and welcoming staff. Spacious with seating area inside and out. Very rustic decor which I love. Would come here again.

W.Already covered my review of Broad Street Mall, but here we go :- the food always very well prepared and presented ( be careful the portions are generous ), the customer area is always kept clean to high standard and the staff have been trained to a higher than normal standard. I was in there this morning for breakfast and even at that time seats were filling up fast. If you are shopping in the Mall, it's a good place to take a break or have lunch. As long as I'm in Reading, I'll keep coming back.
W. W.I love it so much. This is my best coffee shop! Ladies behind the till are always so cheerful, nice and helpful to me and to my 3 years old daughter. Coffee is great, this is very good place to sit for few minutes, relax and to take a breath far away from the people crowd. I love it.

D. H.As a disabled customer I love this place access is all ground level and the toilet is large enough for a wheelchair . The staff are so friendly and helpful. In fact I would go as far as the staff are amongst the best in the town. The food and beverages are fairly priced. This place has won “pride of Reading “ awards. I title I feel they so richly deserve.

V. W.Really nice cafe. We come for lunch once a week. My only complaint is that when ordering a jacket potato with cheese and beans, the beans are placed on top. Everyone (except Boswells) knows that the cheese goes ON TOP. Any other way is just wrong. Other than that....fabulous!

S. M.I went here with my daughter yesterday for the first time. There was nothing we didn't like about it. After placing our order it didn't take long for it to come out. Very clean place. Pleasant staff & the best bit a lovely cuppa.
