They had full every morning, I don't understand why the management is not hiring a part time to help them, anyway, lovely people doing their best to make guests happy, well done guys, 5* for you ❤️
L. M.Excellent customer service and interaction. The coffee was Costa standard so you know what you're getting but I had to write a review as the customer service was so good. I think the guys name was Diaz. He was chatting to my daughters and having a laugh with all of the customers while working hard with his colleague to get the orders out. On top of that he gave my daughters a biscuit so they were well happy. Really great to receive such cheery good service to bring some life to Reading station on a grey morning

S. A.It could get busy sometimes. But staff are helpful and the shop is right in front of the main entrance so it’s very convenient for those who need to wait. Coffee is great as usual and so is the food.
