We regularly stop here whilst cycling through Wargrave. The coffee is perfect and there is always an amazing choice of cakes and pastries. They also have a fab bike storage room so makes it really easy to enjoy a hot drink and bite to eat whilst out on a ride.

Rather fine establishment serving delicious coffee and equally delicious cakes!
Not the easiest place to park near to but if you're the pedalling type they have plenty of space to house your steed.
Recommended (regardless of Wargrave's dire parking situation!)

Dropped in with the family for the first time on Saturday and had a delightful lunch. Food was excellent, the coffee was terrific too and the kids loved the cakes! Quick service by very helpful and friendly staff who were eager that we enjoyed the experience. We will be calling again!

Great new café. Amazing fresh cakes (my daughters demolish them ridiculously quickly!) and top notch flat whites made from speciality coffee. Very cycle friendly too, with a cycle hub and outdoor seating out back.

Decent coffee, quite mild tasting. The chocolate on top was a bit overbearing, I’d ask for no chocolate next time.
Sausage wrap tasted good but was expensive for what it was, and wasn’t quite warmed through. Carrot cake was also nice, although a little dry.
It’s a nice place for a coffee, and there is a terrace area at the back, which is great for a sunny day. The staff were all very cheerful as well.
On the whole, a nice place for a coffee.

Popped in here whilst out on the old bike. Great cafe... loads of indoor bike racks, so nice and secure... Nice bright and modern coffee shop... decent hot chocolate and a delicious cake. There's plenty of selection of both drinks and cakes and nice friendly service.

It’s difficult to find the right word to describe the perfect CAFE but in short it’s Hartisan!
What a brilliant place! A great concept centred around cycling as a destination (we aren’t cyclists but if you are they have plentiful bike racks inside). We enjoyed the best sausage roll ever, a perfect split between meat and pastry - the onion and chutney in the meat were delicious. We also enjoyed a very very good bacon sandwich (probably the third best I’ve ever tasted) on sourdough bread. The high quality atmosphere combines with knowledgeable and passionate staff and an owner who is delightful and passionate and the chef who came out and was so into his work he talked us through some of the recipes to make for a truly excellent place - somewhere you should definitely go you out of your way to enjoy!

Visited this lovely cafe for the first time this week with my family. We all enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend the H'arty breakfast. Great quality coffee and the kids enjoyed the chocolate cake. They made our lively springer spaniel welcome too! Thank you for the great service. Looking forward to returning there soon.

Our son is a regular (cyclist) and loves this place, so took us for lunch. What a gem it is - wonderful friendly couple , gorgeous sandwiches and wraps let alone best coffee I’ve tasted in a long time. So reminds of First Batch Coffee we had in Eumundi and Noosa. We came home with a couple of custard doughnuts and small (😂) slice of chocolate fudge cake. We will definitely be back.

My third or fourth visit to this place today. Hands down the best coffee and food of this style in the area. Exceptional staff with such warm and welcoming attitudes. The coffee is absolutely fantastic, and the food is flawless. You can tell the attention to detail and the love that has gone in to this place. It's such a nice change from the usual drab and dingy coffee shops or chains. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

My first visit there & I'm sure it won't be my last. What a hidden little gem this place is. My cappuccino was lovely, it was perfect. I was very impressed with the seahorse design on top too (it was a shame to spoil it). The lemon muffin was so moreish. Thank you.

The epitomey of what the village coffee shop should be... great coffee, fabulous cakes, freshly cooked pastries, healthy scrumcious salads and daily soup and sandwich treats to tempt all taste buds. All in all, quality food and drink in a very friendly atmosphere. Out the back is a lovely courtyard "suntrap" which is very popular with the locals and helps us all keep a safe distanced during the Covid restrictions. Cant wait till Covid restrictions are over and the staff can bin their masks for the big reveal !

I ordered catering from H’Artisan for a business breakfast and lunch. The food was absolutely delicious and really well presented. All of our guests really enjoyed it. I look forward to working with you in the future.

Incredible food, atmosphere and staff. Visited England for a week and tried to stop by here every morning. I am really missing those pastries right now. Do yourself a favor and check it out if you can. And shoutout to Tom, couldn't ask for a better host.

One of the finest coffee shops for miles around. Food is stunning, coffee tastes amazing (not just same generic bean taste in every coffee shop these days - The taste at Hartisan really is special!).
Outdoor area is lovely, clean and spacious and a real treat on a warm day.
Cheese scones are to die for if you can get your hands on them. An easy favourite.
