Kingdom coffee sells the best coffee and tea you can buy. The freshness & ethics of their products, fantastic customer service and being local to Reading yet the flexibility of having their products delivered free next working day by DPD tracked orders is the best. With the latest lockdown and with working from home they have been a life saver so we have still been able to have quality coffee at home. Because I have been buying in bulk 1kg bags it has meant that the cost per cup is much cheaper than what I would buy from the supermarket and all the added benefits of the above. I ordered a Christmas present, a hamper for someone, with a Happy Christmas greeting in the address. That same day, I received a telephone call from Darren at Kingdom Coffee to let me know he had printed off the To Joe Bloggs Happy Christmas from Me, message and put it inside. He also said he would email the invoice, instead of putting it in the package. I thought WOW! What exceptional unexpected service. I would highly reccomend these for delicious coffee, exceptional customer service, and also an ethical company supporting the fairtrade economy! I am still smiling about this good news :)

I pulled up in my ambulance yesterday to be greeted by a young man from Kingdom Coffee offering us a hot chocolate drink. OMG apart from the generosity of him the drink was the best I’ve had ! Fantastic and thank you.

These are the best suppliers. They are the definition of the word helpful. As someone who traded coffee for 8 years with the big boys I can also wholly endorse their product. We use the Triple Certified Blend, the most expensive, but the best. I did not know the retail side of the business that well and Kingdom Coffee helped set us up and what they recommended worked like a dream. It does take a while to write down orders from their website product sheets but one day they'll fix that and then I'll be speechless when it comes to trying to find something to criticise. I have worked with the directors Roland and Darren and with the sales and accounts staff, Jane, Sue, Amanda, Charlie, and they are all easy to get along with and helpful. Visiting their site is well worthwhile as they will take time to taste coffees with you and demonstrate their equipment. Their equipment has been working perfectly for last 14 months...
