r.I have been coming to this Starbucks for a while now and it is by far my favourite place to get a coffee. The staff are always very friendly and warm. On Sundays I bring my son for a croissant which he loves. The staff are very accommodating.
The manager (Amanda) I think, is very friendly and professional. After a long day I like to pop in for a coffee in a friendly atmosphere and this Starbucks is the place for me.
So if you want a great coffee, with fantastic service in Reading. This is the place
H. S.Nothing wrong with this place but it's very corporate, attempting to be artisan.
I'd much prefer one of the few independent coffee shops myself but was meeting a friend and he choose here.
Staff were friendly, coffee shop is noisy with music being a little too loud and fighting for notice against the coffee machines, toasters etc.
Coffee and sandwich were fine nothing particularly interesting and nothing wrong with them just, as the young people would say, rather meh!

One of the Staff while clearing up decided to put her rock music on her phone. So we could not hear the more relaxing music. We decided to leave...
B. H.Good range of coffees and teas, with a range of light meals (including veggie options) and plenty of sweet savoury snacks. It tends to be busy, particularly at weekends, but finding a place to sit is rarely a problem. Only issue is meals available are quite small.
B. M.The staff is always so friendly and kind. They have a few nice words for everyone. But the shop should be little bit more clean during the day.
