K. R.Very overpriced ice cream sundae. Child's ice cream with sprinkles and chocolate wafer classed as a sundae ! Strawberry sundae very small for price
S. W.Couldn't decide what to have upon arrival, so I asked the wonderful staff member, if I could mix up an order and have a waffle but add a oreo sundae on to.. and to my surprise the fulfilled the order and it was amazing.. 10/10 effort
L. M.Appeared to be a very popular place but to wait 45 minutes to be served our food was a bit too long in my opinion. Staff were very courteous to customers but the wait was too long

The only thing that lets this place down is the sullen and unenthusiastic welcome you get from the staff.
I keep going back for the ice cream but if that wasn’t so good I’d avoid it for fear of being made to feel an inconvenience by those behind the counter.

I was treated to my favourite Rum & Raisin tub and it was delicious (as always).

X.It felt unfriendly. You're met with numerous signs about ensuring your kids behave, minimum card spend and another not to queue until you've chosen. If you buy a coffee, sugar sachets are 'presented' in a plastic cup. Just weird and suggests micro management down to the level of sugar sachets. The owners need to view the hospitality through the lens of the customers.
A. P.Lovely friendly atmosphere, a bit pricey sometimes but as a treat great place to visit. It takes a while to get the order to the table, but waffle with banana, strawberry and ice cream was big enough to fill up a teenage boy (no mean feat)

S. F.Coffee good staff friendly and helpful but although their food looks nice it must be the most sugar laden food I have ever seen I.e. waffle with nutella and numerous other sweet toppings and a lot of parents and children seem to frequent Arrosto after school.
M. L.I was a little disappointed by the hot chocolate as it tasted powdery. The brownie with a scoop of Ferrero richer ice-cream was good. Compared to other ice-cream parlours it's a little more expensive, but not too much.
