Lovely little costa, not busy mid afternoon which was nice. Staff were friendly, took our order and then told us to take a seat and they would bring it to us instead! Choco dust sprinkled on the cappuccino at tableside which made a difference to customer service! The areo hot chocolate was amazing would definitely recommend trying! Whilst it was quiet staff ensured all tables had been cleaned and swept. Very clean throughout.

Got to the store at 9.20am on Xmas Eve, got told, that they wouldn't be opening until 9.30am as they were short staffed. Bit of a pain, when you have shopping to do, but obviously can't be helped. But once opened, they soon got on with the job & worked through the queue of people. Wouldn't put me off going there again. Usually a lot quieter than the ones in the main town.

Love costa, the staff are always really nice, friendly and helpful, i have a disability and if its just.me and my daughter my daughter will order and they bring it over for us, as my daughter is only 11. Toilets are always clean and tidy.

I have been to this branch many times and have never had an issue, but unfortunately my latest visit was quite disappointing. I found the batistas to be quite rude, and when i asked for my drink to be made a little cooler than normal (never an issue in any other costa) the batista serving me turned to their colleague and said 'she wants it cooler, APPARENTLY we do that!' I had taken my child with me, who has a dairy and soya allergy, so asked for an oat babychino without the chocolate. I had to jump in and remind them 3 times, as they kept almost adding the coco powder to the drink

Bit of a wait for our drinks because the barister forgot our order. Then she gave us take away cups instead of glasses and spilt syrup all over them so they were nice and sticky. Apparently she was all over the place after being up all night on thw lash. Cudos on the girl for still going to work!
