Huge warehouse! Absolutely everything you'll ever need inside one building! I mean everything!! No waiting in line to get in, massive TVs on offer second you walk through the door! Mask isn't needed, disabled friendly entrance and through the store, pick up a flyer for offers and vouchers etc, petrols cheaper here to! Just get a Costco membership and your done! Amazing place! 5*

The best and most dangerous shop ever, everything looks way bigger when you get it home 😂 pink salt is back in stock and the bottled water is great. The meat and fruit is the best available and all Kirkland products totally rule. Rock on Costco!

We went today Thursday 28th April 2022. Fairly quiet at the fuel station and a fantastic price at £151.7p per litre for E10 Unleaded. But you have to be a member. So well worth joining.

1st time visit, staff were extremely helpful, from the guy at the membership desk who took our details to the cashier who called the supervisor to help as my wife went OTT with the shopping, like a kid in a sweet shop!!, supervisor even pushed our 2nd trolley to the car. Costco is always a place to find good products. I personally check to compare items as some items are cheaper in Local shops but big quantities it is quite good. As a bonus the fuel station is super cheap and worth going there ( it is limited to 99£ per visit) and you make saving right there and then. I love the feeling of USA type superstore and the food store has good decent food. Only members can get in and not open to all the public. Check the site for list of professional who can obtain the members card.

We turned up and we got low tyre pressure, we are due new ones anyway, spoke to Glenn who was amazing, they were super busy, but as we came from Chichesyer he said he could fit us in, but may take a while, we were happy to wait. We found that both our front rims had buckled they ended up doing lots of extra work for our last minute book in, Ian who also worked with Glenn today was amazing, making sure we don't drive away with any dodgy wheels. Thabk you to both of them for their time and effort

This place is great for bulk buying, perfect for putting on a Buffett, part or large spread. They have a great, food, electrical and home wear section. They have food to good which is extremely cheap but super tasty! You do need to be a member or with a member to shop here.

Joined up. Went in to plod about the store. Wearing my mask. Was disheartened upon seeing that the queue for the tills stretched all the way back to the booze section - that is, all the way across the store. Everyone had one of those big American style trolleys (the type with castoring wheels only on the front, which makes manoeuvring rather difficult when compared to the usual trolley you might encounter elsewhere - I even had to pick up the rear end to get it to move about in tight confines) which, fortunately, meant that for the most part when queueing we maintained a form of social distancing. But there appeared to be little help when you and your trolley eventually arrived at the gap to where the tills were - we had to find our way to a till in a confined space crowded with other fed up queueing shoppers, which meant (as we found out afterwards, when enjoying refreshments after negotiating the tills) the till furthest from the gap was hardly used with the attending member of staff repeatedly yelling that he was free, that customers should move down. I need to give the place another go, see if it is always so packed. There were savings to be made, I noticed, with things like bulk buys, but when it was things that I knew the price of at, say, Asda, it did prove to be more expensive; a 30 pack of Diet Coke here was well over £10 although it frequently fluctuates between £7.50-9.00 elsewhere. Nice hotdogs though. And I know it is not very representative, but... the fuel price on the day I went was proudly displayed as 3p a litre more than I paid that morning, elsewhere. But the shop was stuffed with (mainly) unmasked shoppers, never a good sign at times like these I'm afraid.

Absolutely love this store, so many goodies that you can’t find elsewhere. Perfect place for home furnishings, electronics, clothes and a huge selection of food. Been a member for a number of years and never ever disappointed. We’ll worth the drive!

We saw some armchairs on our visit today and a young man from Costco called Jake assisted us. He took the armchair down from the shelf so we could try it out. We liked it and he assisted us throughout being very patient with our questions. We bought the armchairs which we are very pleased about and we believe that Jake's superb customer service skills helped. He is a credit to Costco. Thank you Jake.

Always a great experience. Not everything is quite priced how you might expect, but there's lots of really great items. I don't use this as a business owner, my perspective is different. I enjoy going to the shop every time. The staff are really helpful. As everyone else, I really enjoy the hot food served on site. It's incredible value, and the staff serving in the kitchen do an excellent job under pressure. It's always very busy, so be prepared!

Membership only but you can join onsite. Parking was easy. Good selection of fruit and veg, not always the cheapest but definitely a good selection. Great customer service, staff are friendly and willing to help. The food in the on site restaurant is cheap but of a decent quality and large portions. The food service is slow, (*take some hints from Subway to understand how to create better flow) Fuel is cheaper than anywhere else I know.

Great place to shop, easy level access with plenty of free parking and plenty of disabled parking spaces, the staff are friendly and helpful, and there is a good selection of goods to choose from, plenty of room in the aisle with easy access to get what you want. However it pays to know the price of what you are looking for elsewhere before you go as somethings are cheaper elsewhere, also pay attention to the prices, read the ticket price in full because a lot have vat added at the till, although this is usually on the ticket it is at the bottom and the pre vat price is printed first with the vat price printed underneath. The cakes and pastries are great and usually good value, but be careful of the meat prices usually they are quite expensive. Overall a good place to shop and well worth a visit but allow plenty of time to have a good look round

Warehouse shopping with great prices on large format items. Fresh produce is of high quality and we have never been disappointed. Often do good deals on electronics, saw a raising desk today for £199, looked good quality, bargain. Often busy, and individual membership is £28 per year.

The place itself is fine and you can get some really good deals if buying the right things. Having said that, you really have to be careful with the prices. I have, on a number of occasions, found the same products for roughly the same price or cheaper elsewhere so you're not always making as big a saving as you think. It has also become far busier I recent times so, despite being a large warehouse, its not a place to be if you dislike shopping in crowded places.

Finally became a member. Not the best process, but once done I assume it'll be easy to renew. Loads of deals and really great to stock up on essentials and other stuff. It's a great fun to just walk around and see what's available. Would totally recommend to anyone that's eligible for the membership or just to go with someone that's already a member.

This is the only Costco I've visited so it is difficult to know what others are like, but this one is clean and tidy and stocked with vest array of products that change from time to time. The car parking spaces are large which is good because it's easier to load the car up with all the stuff you bulk buy. Sometimes there is a queue, and obviously you have to wear masks while shopping at the moment. It was quite busy when we last visited with a massive queue for the checkout but it kept moving and actually didn't take too long in the end. There is a petrol station and you can get your tyres changed as well. Seems fairly standard stuff, loses a star for being difficult to get to but overall it's fine :-)

It's great to be local to Costco where you can choose from a great variety of food, drink and lots more. It's aimed at shopkeepers because everything is packed in bulk. Non shopkeepers can go also because there are always offers.

The Costco experience is not what it was for many years. Prices are rising far above the rate of inflation and all new ranges are coming in at prices on a par with other suppliers. It's easy to wonder where the wholesale price benefit we are paying the annual fee for cuts in. The in store bakery and on site meat and poultry sections have both hit us with ' shrinkflation ' price increases and a definite lowering of quality. Go back ten years and the meat selection was a much higher quality and the cakes from the bakery actually filled the boxes instead of just partially filling them now. And why are we still being treated like second class humans by being expected to stand around and eat and drink in the cafe area ?.....we expect to be able to sit and eat and drink with the easing of Covid regulations, we are paying more than ever for the cafe selection, that was at one time sold for cost prices as a perk !

Good for bulk shopping they have fantastic stuff and offers though you do need too watch the prices not always the cheapest just because it's bulk buy and its Costco. If you are a business then its worth it individuals its ok if you don't mind big boxes etc. Their cakes are to die for sand the meat selection is brilliant. All in all a good place to shop but you do need a membership to gain access.

Loads of well known and exclusive products under one roof. The store itself is not cluttered and the space allows for a non intrusive shopping experience. Small fast food outlet with convenient sit down area to enjoy the meal. Note - the meal may not be the healthiest of choices but a quick recharge of the proverbial batteries are sometimes just good for the system. Plenty of parking and good deals!

Expensive foods like meat are especially good value and offer a huge cost saving versus smaller quantities in the supermarkets. Just make sure you have a big car and a bigger freezer to store it all.

Been shopping there for years- very good verity of goods-food, clothes, recently even fuel at more affordable prices. What really impressed me today was the lady at the opticians counter. I needed antislipping silicone nose pads for my loupes and she not only found and sold me this, but actually took the initiative to check the ones on the glasses I was wearing and provided replacement for these too, as they were slipping off of my nose all the time. Great to see that there are still helpful people in this world. After visiting Speck savers in Totton and in the city centre (opposite to Primark, I was convinced, that helpful people are extinct.

Good location not too far into Southampton. Easy to get to. Large carpark with plenty of room around vehicles to load and unload. Vehicles services available outside the store. You need personal or company membership card to get in but worth it for what you get back. Know your prices and take a list as temptations are all around you from freshly baked food and subsidized eatery to household, electronics, garden tools, clothes and dry goods. Highly recommend the experience.

We went to Southampton branch recently for a change from purley way, but the store itself is just as good. We live equidistant from both stores. Wish I lived closer to one or the other. Fresh food, cakes etc are to die for. Lots of demos and samples of new products and of course very cheap coffee and snacks. Staff are helpful and friendly. A must in my opinion.

Excellent large carried stock. Excellent quality on all own labeled ranges. Meat is exceptional and very good prices. What puts people off is buying in bulk. As an example if you go into a high street supermarket or butcher you buy a steak for a specific meal at £20 a Kg In Costco you buy Scottish matured Aberdeen Angus steak at £18.99 Kg but a 2.5 Kg tray of some of the best steak I have ever tasted. Buying toilet rolls in blocks of 144 was a trick to get used too. But things like buying a roll of tin foil once in 2 years for £11. Or blocks of excellent cheddar for £2 kg less than the value stuff from tescos. The staff could not be nicer ever at the end of a long day.

At the Southampton branch, I have found the staff to be polite, friendly and helpful. Like all shops it pays to look and compare prices. I like the clothing as I find items that actually fit If less people visited then, the Restaurant would not be soo busy, I don't use the Restaurant. ;-) Finding a whole Worm in an apple is better than finding half a Worm. This is a natural process and has nothing to do with quality control.

What can I say about this place in one word 'BIG' , very good quality at a reasonable price for what you get. If you are shopping for the month or a large family or party this is the place to come. They do a very wide range of products but if we are talking food make sure you have enough space. They have a nice cafe on the way out. The only down side is you need a business account or a friend who has one to let you in with them.

On arrival everyone gets a large parking space, bigger than the parent/child or disabled spaces at most shops. There are always plenty super large trollies more akin to a DIY store than a supermarket. All shoppers are members but you pay of your membership fee pretty quickly with the money you can save. There are always lots of deals and goods are good quality. Meat, fish, bread, cheese etc is cheap and good qaulity, as are most foods. In the booze section there are always one or two deals but you have to know what competitors are charging in this section if you want to save money. The staff are incredibly helpful and the canteen is very good value.

Bham is the biggest, Coventry is the most pleasant to walk round, layout and light. Both are better than Southampton. Costco offers fantastic value for money on a whole host of goods and services. From car tyres to sandwiches for a party, they really do have it covered. You are required to pay an annual membership, but you'll soon recoup this in savings in store. They also have a brilliant food hatch serving the best value meals I've ever come across- giant slices of pizza or huge jacket potatoes with 2 delicious toppings for £1.65 or less!

A very large, American styled wholesale outlet providing almost everything you can think of. Fresh food is prepared on site with meals for the family, massive pizzas, corporate sandwiches, varieties of meat and large or individual cakes and no doubt much more. Fresh and frozen food is also avalible, especially in bulk buy. All manner of groceries, fresh produces, cleaning and home ware products with small stations throughout the store serving tasters of products avaliable. Wine and tabacco purchases can also be made. TV, fridges cameras and lots of other electrical equipment can be found upon entering the store. Clothes, bedding, towels ect are often available, children's toys, tools and work gear, car tyres the list goes on A food court is also on site providing food that is also available to purchase in the store

Costco is a cash and carry that bases its product range on quality and not quantity. Therefore while the prices of their lines may not be the cheapest, you can be pretty sure they are among the best you will find. So you will be buying Waitrose quality at Sainsburys prices. They import a lot of products from the USA so you will find very different items from your local supermarkets and the Southampton branch is generally not too busy unlike other branches I have visited. Just take a large car - a lot of their products are sold in bulk packs only, and it can be difficult to resist temptation sometimes!

Once you get past the expensive yacht on the forecourt, you'll find some more expensive stuff for the rich. Beyond that you'll find some great value for money items. The fresh deli service provides some great buffet items to order. I will use this service again, but next time hopefully they will deliver on time. Oh and you have to pick up a pizza to takeaway. Forget Dominos. This is a bargain.
