Nice little Café and Restaurant. We had the Cheeseburger with Chips. The burger tasted very good. Freshly made..if they would have made the burger with more and better cheese I would have given all 5 stars. The price is OK for the U. K.. The service was also good.. If we are back in Southampton...we would dine here again 👍🍾🍦

Popped in for breakfast. Usually go to Costa or Pret, anyway wanted to sit in the sun. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were lovely and very attentive (not overly attentive either). Been here many, many times and have always really enjoyed the food and the staff are always hard working and polite. Today wasn't as good as usual, some of the chips were hard and slightly cold which was very unusual. I did tell the lad who served me and he apologised. I hope next time they will be as nice as they have been before. Even the apple pie was warm in places and cooler in others. It was an off day which we all get.

I try not to be overly generous with my reviews and only honest, but, honestly, there's really nothing I can fault this little cafe for. The prices are reasonable, the food fresh, hot and well-cooked and the tables, chairs and toilets (or at least, the ladies toilet) is spotless with lovely smelling hand soap. The (what I assume are) family-based staff are also always lovely - smiling lots and saying goodbye to you as you leave. One of the go-to places for lunch in Southampton.
