Starbucks is what it is, the app is buggy at times but the rewards are good. Simple menu. I hate coffee so happy there's always a cream frapuccino or iced tea option

Nice clean coffee house in Southampton, not too busy, fast service and efficient staff. I do think everything is overpriced but that seems to be the way of the world

Two baristas working, both occupied by online orders im assuming complaining there was no cake. Was waiting 10 minutes before the older lady with dark hair acknowledged me. I asked for an “Iced White Mocha Frappuccino” after the barista sighs, she explains to me “you don’t say iced, if you say iced I will give you a cup of just ice, ok it’s just white mocha Frappuccino” Obviously being sarcastic but her tone was just uncalled for and made me feel uncomfortable. I just wanted a drink, not to be confronted with attitude. I just nodded and said ok sorry. Really disappointed with customer service.

Very convenient location, you can't rate the coffee here but staff behaviour matters a lot when it comes to rate a starbucks, I would have given 5 stars if staff was bit more efficient but hey isn't this how busy Starbucks shops usually are. Overall a quiet and cosy place.

The staff are friendly and the design is blue industrial but it lacks a little bit of personality. İ think a few more pictures on the wall and some sound deadening would help. İf you are wanting to work go to the far end where it should be quieter. The drinks and food are great of course. Just as you would expect anywhere though İ wish there were a few more salad options available. A good place to read and study , or catch up on emails for an hour. İf you are going to park use the multistory behind London Road as it's half the price of the meters and only a minutes walk away.

Its a big coffe shop and never feels crowded. Urban style interior. Big choice of coffees and friendly staff. The only reason i gave 4 stars is that the coffee beans are not my favourite taste there (too bitter) and the syrups taste like aspartame (matter of personal taste). My sister for example loves it ;)

Usually great service from the two ladies I see there in the morning. I do the coffee runs for clients that visit the company I work for. This morning not only was the service slow, I had a problem with my coffee order and I ended up leaving without a food item I ordered due to the waiting time (with no refund). The clients i’d bought the coffee for said the latte wasn’t soy (even though the cup said it was) and the chai wasn’t very strong. Hopefully the usual staff come back!

Standard Starbucks drinks and food. I think the food is really tasty but not vegan friendly. Their hot chocolate isn't vegan but they're happy to cater to complicated drinks orders. This place gets crazy loud during the middle of the day because it's so busy with bad acoustics but the rest of the day is normally okay. They have outdoor seating and are dog friendly.

This is Starbucks, and so you know what to expect. We went in for a cup of tea before a 9am business meeting. Staff were friendly, and the place was warm, but the tea was ridiculously overpriced, the table wasn't clean, there was debris on the floor, the music wasn't too my taste, and the furniture was chosen for appearance rather than comfort. I don't think I'm the target demographic!

Not the best looking coffee shop that I have been to in a long time coffee was mostly frothy with little amount of liquid in small cups for over £2.50 per cup, suggest it bucks up its ideas or I won't be returning in the future. The atmosphere looked tired.

I've basically written my PhD in Starbucks. Known to the staff as "the guy who orders a small tea and goes home at lunch". I'm extremely grateful to have benefited from the free WiFi and comfortable seating. I've gotten to know a few of the staff there over the years and I will miss them when I complete my PhD and move on to start a career.

Best Starbucks in southampton. Minnie always has a smile to meet the customers. Basic requests seem like a real chore to some of the other Starbucks branches nearby, but not at this one. Very efficient and very personal.

Not as welcoming as other Starbucks I’ve been to. But at the same time they seemed to be rushed a lot... Also I once went to go in there and the door was locked. I did not get a reason why or when it would be open again they did apologise and give me 50p off my next order which was nice of them.
