An excellent experience with gorgeous views over the Solent dotted with sailboats out on the windy waters. A great place to grab a full English breakfast and scone with clotted cream before embarking on the 6.5km Lepe Loop. The staff were friendly and helpful; the tables and windows well kept and clean.

If you are on holiday and fancy a full English freshly cooked with a view over the Solent then you should go here. Lovely food at good prices, friendly staff, clean toilets , cannot find any fault. The only negative is you have to pay for parking even if you are just going in the cafe for food but don't let that put you off.

Had a lovely burger and bap, with a plate of chips all hot and so tasty. The staff was polite and friendly as well, and being able to take our 2 dog's inside was brilliant. It finished off a lovely peaceful sunny day by the sea.

Such a popular place to have a coffee while watching the waves and wind surfers. Dog friendly and kids welcomed too! Window tables so popular there's a lot of competition to grab one but all seating has great vistas out to the Island and the Solent.

Location superb 5 stars, food very good 5 stars, personnel awful 1 star, have arrived 4:12 pm when they are closing at 5 PM and the kitchen was closed and at 5 and some minutes they shut the blinds before our eyes while we were still at the table. The personnel needs to be fired for that, should not work in hospitality ever.

A great spot, lots of parking, nice coastline and walking tracks. Plus the lookout provides the perfect place to stop for a coffee or snack.

Building work still very much underway, as of May '18, but café is open in stylish new visitor centre. Breakfast/Brunch items served until 11.30, other food afterwards. A small, dog-friendly outdoor seating area is available at the moment. Parking payable by both cash and card.

Nice place, can get very busy though, and the food we had was nice (tasty and large sausage rolls). Very good views across to the Isle of Wight. I'd recommend a walk along the beach - great views!

We went to lepe for the morning, took are jack Russell puppy, had a real good morning and a great full English breakfast even my Wife enjoyed it. Sat outside on terrace, sun burning off the sea mist.what an excellent job they of done on the new Lookout restaurant /cafe.

Value for money is perfectly okay. The children got fish fingers and chips with ketchup. They ate it with gusto-and they are a bit picky at times. We had two americanos -very good - and delicious cakes. Staff was very friendly and efficient, service was quick. Everything seemed to be very clean.

After having a delightful walk by the sea, the Lookout is a super place to get dry and get warmed up. We had a super breakfast at a table overlooking the Solent. A simple day, but one we will repeat. Katherine deserves a mention, we observed that she treats customers in a friendly professional manner.

We were very pleasantly surprised how good the food was at this beach side cafe. They had several very good, and creative, vegetarian options too, and all the ingredients tasted very fresh. Amazing views out towards the Isle of Wight too! Highly recommended 🙂

Went for morning coffee and a little something nice. Chose a fruit scone with jam and clotted cream with your choice of tea or coffee £5. Seemed good. The waitress then said sorry the cream didn't arrive today in the delivery. Disappointing. That is my only criticism. Coffee lovely.

Good Venue. Pricey but as expected for a beach. Parking is suitable and as again pricey but to be expected. It can get very busy and so queues can quickly form. Staff are friendly and service is decent. Currently Covid has reduced the capacity to just a kiosk but Ice creams and drink are still available.

Seemingly convoluted social distancing procedures and cleaning, quite unlike any other place visited, made visit more stressful than necessary especially since I was concerned about no obvious place to lock bicycles. I didn't understand their system of waiting, or why they were serving the food to extra separate tables for each customer, which resulted in having to wait for lots of tables and chairs to be cleaned (I was alone, surely only one chair and table?). Being later in day I was pushed for time and tired - not their fault, initially the food I asked for was indoor only menu (they were then flexible on this to be allowed as takeout when I explained I didn't have a huge amount of time to sit in and linger, waiting for loads of tables to be disinfected) and I sat and finally ordered when one table was ready. Coffee is from a machine prefilled with cows milk so no soya/oat/non dairy latte or cappucino. Ultimately everything else was fine and sorted. Great location on a busy beach, visited before many times before covid with issues.

Parking is quite expensive but you can park down the road for free. The cafe is nice and modern looking for the outside. Inside is quite plane and modern. The views from inside are great over looking the sea and the isles of white great to sit and watch l the yachts sailing by. Food was really good and coffee was really nice. Quite a good choice on the menu. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Top marks for facilities - spacious car park, outdoor seating, good toilets, a cafe with a small activity centre for children and a book swap - excellent! Cafe itself has decent selection of hot and cold drinks, but hot food options slightly lacking; maybe four hot dishes and some sandwiches. Small place but there seemed to be a lot more options if you come for breakfast / brunch (i.e. Before 11.30). Very decent place, great facilities, all very clean with good views, but a few more food options would be appreciated.

Lovely building. Fab views. Nice range of food. Friendly staff. Hot food is okay, nice chips, nice coleslaw, fish portions a bit small for my needs. Coffee from a machine, but quite strong. Cake looks nice but actually very artificial, close textured, dry and with weird-tasting buttercream.

Lovely cafe to enjoy a good, if not very healthy, breakfast bun and a great way to end the morning's Leep Loop walk.Staff clearing tables very helpful BUT there was a long queue for food and only one cashier. Half my party of 8 decided not to wait. If this could be sorted out it would be 5 stars in my book.

Really lovely place with stunning views. Friendly staff and right by the waters edge, what more can you want? Facilities are brand new with high trees to the back area and seating outaide too for viewing the seaguls and sailing boats for those sunny bank holidays. The actual venue is not depicted here yet so new photos are needed. There are older white buildings to the left rear side where I think the old venue once stood.
