I was hoping to get bubble tea around Northern England and it seems like my choices are very limited. I did end up finding this small place at Stoke. I grabbed their original milk tea without the tapioca and with half sugar. The tea taste itself was not bad but I still found it very sweet. It also had a caramel taste (or maybe it’s honey). Their menu is rather extensive so I would probably try a different drink next time (I was hoping for regular Jasmine green tea but I didn’t see that one). The service was fast and the staff was friendly.

I went for the first time yesterday, I had never tried boba before. I bought the Strawberry Cheesecake milk tea with regular sugar. It was really nice and the prices are very reasonable. The customer service is excellent, the drink is made very fast and there is a wide variety of flavours and add-ons. The interior of the cafe is really nicely decorated. Would definitely go again.

I came here with my husband the other day to try their boba tea (bubble tea). I love boba tea and was excited to try this new place we had found. Normally I just get caramel or chocolate bubble tea as the place we usually go to doesn't offer many flavors. This place has so many flavors but I settled on trying the brown sugar and my husband got the strawberry cheesecake. They were very very good and we will definitely be back! The brown sugar was exactly what I wanted (though now I want to try all the rest) and the strawberry cheesecake had a great flavor as well.

Amazing little shop, the bubble wraps are absolutely addictive, so tasty and beautifully presented. I wasnt brave enough to try the tea but my children loved them. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for making our 1st experience trying new tea a very happy one ✌️

I went to Bo and Bean a few day's ago to try out their bubble tea. I have never had tea like this before and wow. It was amazing. Very tasty, refreshing and full of goodness. The staff were very friendly, professional and they explained the process throughly to me so I know how to order next time! I will be making another trip there next week. Very pleased.

Yummy every single time! The staff are lovely and always greet you and say goodbye and they all do not just the person who served you lovely place 🥰

Highly recommend, the staff are lovely and so are the drinks. Me and my partner are obsessed with fruit tea and we definitely think its the best out of all the options in stoke. The shop itself is beautifully done too!….id personally like to see fizzy boba options if that’s something you guys would want to do in the future :))

This is the best bubble tea in Stoke and the best I’ve had in the UK. If you’re going for the first time, get a fruit tea first with your choice of popping bubbles. Then progress onto the milk teas. Brown sugar is an iconic one to bubble tea. Either way I love this place, they’ll always have my business.

This is my favourite bubble tea place ever, and I've tried many different places (mainly in London). It deserves 6 stars. So reach in flavour. Also, the options are really good.

I LOVE this place. The boba is honestly amazing. i got the strawberry cheescake and my friend got the brown sugar bubble tea, regular sugar, and they were both phenomenal. The tapioca was soft but chewy, and the drinks were smooth and really flavourful. There were so many unique flavours too that I've not seen before (pina colada, for example). The staff here were also so so so so sweet and friendly which made the whole experience and atmosphere such a pleasant one and really made my day! Would highly highly recommend this place, it's a little pricey and in the middle of nowhere lol but it's definitely worth it (it's amongst the best bubble tea I've tried, and I've had a lot).

The atmosphere is very nice, the whole set up is comfortable, but rustic and stylish. We enjoyed the bubble teas Mango with passionfruit bubbles and Blueberry Cheesecake with lychee bubbles, both were so good and we really enjoyed them with the spiced ice-cream apple waffle! 4 stars cause of the sadly long wait time, there was only one customer before us, but we still waited for 30min to get our order. Perhaps better to pre-order and collect next time? But drinks and food wise absolutely 5*!!

Usually I have good experiences here and decided to treat a friend to try my favourite drink and I was so disappointed, they asked her for bubbles then didn't put them in the drink... I did tell staff who then asked me to pay extra.. then my tea wasn't sweet at all.. I was very disappointed.. it always been 5/5 for me..

Love this place so much! Incredible service, staff are so friendly and kind! The bubble waffles are so good and have a great choice of delicious toppings! There so endless drink choices and I love each one more than the last! They also have vegan and veggie options for the drinks and food too! It is truly the best place around for boba and bubble waffles and I am obsessed.

I honestly think that the drinks Ive ordered from Bo and Bean are the best Ive ever had. The cold house special? SPECIAL. Magical even. My new favourite drink ever. Everything from the drinks to the waffles are packed so carefully and made lovingly. I would love to visit the actual shop (Ive only been able to order online so far, I can’t drive). I could not reccommend Bo and Bean enough, please please buy things from there. Everything. Buy everything.

I liked the fact that my matcha milk tea wasn't overly sweet and the tapioca pearls were really chewy.i really liked the consistency of tapioca pearls.the staff was polite and they did the bubble tea pretty fast which was nice.i enjoyed my experience at this place and i would reccomend it to my friends too.

We love the drinks from Bo and Bean! Really good quality, great variety, and they have specials that come and go as well. This place has got a lot busier since it opened. Definitely recommended to ring [45 - 60 minutes] ahead if you're collecting.

lovely place, nice food. quite difficult to socially distance when collecting and not enforced by staff only criticism is if a product comes with marshmallows can that be put on the menu as i’ve had to pick out all of them lol, would much rather be able to ask to remove them
