Delightful?? I went down here for a job interview on Restart 22 and thought I would have an eat before the interview and I introduced myself. Manager's attitude towards customers and his colleagues was abysmal, customers don't instantly know the process, especially due to Covid changes, but he seemed to think everyone should be mind radars. Didn't help that some people were taken to tables and told to go up and order when ready, and some taken straight to the till to order (without a glimpse of the menu!), with apparently no more than 1 customer allowed near the till at a time.. The interview was a car crash of how wonderful and long established they are like that matters and we pay min wage. Disgrace. Well done Tory government!!! Job not offered would not accept if they begged. Highly unrecommended to enhance your carer. I got a decent interview and a nice offer of a job from Costa Coffee in Parliament Square the next week. So that shows I am very much appreciated

The cafe is counter service. Don't do what I did and sit down, wait for ages and then look up to see a sign that says "Please order and pay at counter ". I treated myself to a Breakfast 4 with a coffee. It came ridiculously quickly and was very nice.

Great food Great prices as well but customers should be told about changes on your menu because I wasn't given the choice if I wanted bread and butter or toast on my breakfast yesterday I came in and ate but charged twice for my brew as well was meant to be included at £7.99 I ate breakfast number 3 I didn't speak up because I was worried about getting barred I've tried leaving a review on Facebook as well but I couldn't

Me and my mum came in today for breakfast it's the first time we've been for a while. We both had cheese and beans oatcakes. The meal was lukewarm and the cheese wasn't properly melted,think they had been warmed in the microwave. The food is reasonably priced and there is plenty to choose from on the menu. The milky coffee is very nice.

This grilled chicken breast with chips and salad is a lovely meal. The staff are all very nice & they look after us well. We would recommend this place & this meal to everyone. This cafe is the best cafe in Longton & healthiest. Because Dave and his team do a lot of grilling.

Love coming here for something to eat and drink. The breakfasts are amazing and the staff are really pleasant and accomodating. Have been here a few times and its nice to see the regular people that go there each week. The menus have been updated and the selection is excellent. You pay and order at the main window now. I have never been disappointed.
