M. B.First time id ate from here today, got ir delivered through ubereats, i cant reccomend this place enough the delivery driver was lovely and the food was amazing, all tasted fresh and tasted lovely was cooked to perfection, next time im in Hanley ill be eating here again
R. H.Don't go to Hanley Café for the floor, the furniture, or the wall art, although all of these things are perfectly fine; go to Hanley Café for the High Quality Food, the Cleanliness and the Friendly Staff.
I have been going there for several years, and I have never had cause to complain about anything. The food is always consistently excellent! You could take a photo of your meal this month, and next month the same meal would look exactly the same; unlike a certain Mac-Scottish Burger place we won't mention.
The Hanley Café is always well presented, clean, and the friendly staff always attend to you promptly. The food is cooked to order, but it arrives quickly, served by happy, smiling waitresses; that is, I think they're smiling, their eyes certainly are.
The food and the service from the staff should form part of a training manual for ' How to manage a Café ', and 'Provide Excellent Customer Service'. Café owners should send their trainees there to see how it should be done.
So Don't Go to Hanley Café, for anything else but for Good Food, served by Friendly People!
J. B. (.First time ordering from this cafe and I must say, I’m actually quite impressed. I ordered the Brunch Breakfast, with extra sausage, hash browns, and onion rings. Nothing was underdone or overcooked. Food was delayed by 30 mins but, it was worth the wait. Would order from again.
W. S.PROs: Proper greasy spoon, great portion sizes, friendly staff, plenty of seating.
CONs: Sausages and mushrooms only average IMO but that's it!

M. K.We have been this cafe a couple times . The cafe is one of the best cafes. It,s because it is very cheap for your food & the staff are very friendly & the place is a clean & tidy . The food is always cook well. Me & my husband enjoy the food & drink's . We have a laugh with the staff . We would recommend here to everyone. We can't wait to see you guys and we are looking forward to coming back. We will do after we have been vaccinated witch is soon. From Michaela & Pete xx
