This is my go to spot for coffee in Swansea. Nice vibe for chilling, catching up with a friend or doing some work. The food is awesome, the coffee is perfect, the people there seem really cool and they have an awesome dog Dil. Can't recommend this place enough!

Perfect breakfast/brunch option between trains. Just a few minutes walk from the station but feels more like Copenhagen when inside. Food was fresh, yummy and good portions. Staff friendly and keen to please. Highly recommend.

Fantastic latte, amazing cake, great atmosphere, friendly staff and a great place to get work done. Lots of plug sockets and speedy WiFi (about 50mbs down). Would whole heartedly recommend! And the cake is in actually decent portion sizes!! And they actually care about the coffee they make! That machine has been dialled in! Love this place. And the Dog Dil is very cute and sweet, shame he is a little shy. But I'm hoping the more I visit, the more comfortable they will get with me. Fingers crossed

The ambience is great to just have a relaxing evening with friends or catch up on that uni backlog! The coffee is amazing and filling, and so is the food, although their food is a bit too pricy. Would totally recommend this place to spend a day you want to feel peaceful.

A perfect spot to do work. With plenty of seating, it being open & airy, and lots of available plugs & free wifi, it’s my new favourite place to do work. A good range of caffeinated and non-caffeinated refreshments, good food, a stylish space, and a very well behaved resident collie (that won’t come and bother you in case you don’t like dogs don’t worry!). Within walking distance of the train station, town, and 3 hours free parking close by in Parc-Tawe retail park.

BaseKamp’s delicious Oat Milk Flat White has put their spot high on my favourite coffee shops to visit when in Swansea. But since discovering their New Mexican Cŵtchitas Brunch menu, BaseKamp has now triumphantly trumped all other competitors. My coffee order shall always remain the same: Flat White with Oat Milk. Goes without saying. And the quality: perfection as always. I unashamedly admit to trying everything on their Cŵtchitas menu; yet my recent button-bursting obsession is their The Torta Bomba. A mammoth bread sandwich brimming with Mexican Potato and Chorizo Hash. A flavour combustion for the taste buds; spicy chorizo, salty feta, sweet Fip Flop sauce, tangy House Salsa and sour pink pickles. Can we take a minute to appreciate the dainty little pink pickles? Squeeze the lime, nibble the chilli, sip the coffee, conquer and devour! I shared this with my fella; I too make mistakes. I recommend all who appreciate fantastic coffee and outstanding local food to storm BaseKamp and keep this little gem of a coffee shop on our maps.

This gem of a place is tucked down a passageway off of High Street. It's just off beat enough that it usually isn't too busy, attracts a quieter kind of person, and it's the perfect place to relax and get some work done - plus lots of outlets to keep your laptop charged! Their bacon, brie, and chutney sandwich is genuinely one of the best things I've eaten in my entire life. They were even kind enough to make me a different drink as the first one I ordered didn't taste good to me. Definitely will visit again.

Must be in the top 10 coffee shops in Swansea and probably the best coffee to be found in the town centre. Very knowledgeable and helpfull staff, with a great selection of food and drinks available. However, it is the in house coffee school and roastery that make the business truly unique in this area.

Perfect cappuccino and I've bought the Afan coffee co beans to try to replicate at home. We'll be back for food as we spied on the table nearby and it looked tasty! No decaf coffee options which was a shame but otherwise great.

One of the loveliest cafes in Swansea. It's very spacious so there's enough room for everybody unlike other depressing cafes around town. The coffee is in my opinion hands-down the best in Swansea, the staff are incredibly accommodating and lovely, the decor is uplifting, and they're dog friendly! What's not to love about this place? Their selection of coffee and other drinks is impressive. I would definitely recommend this place to people who want to drink real, proper speciality coffee :)

For those that like the fat left on the bacon, this was not cooked sufficiently and as a consequence my wife couldnt eat hers at all and my son and I spent time having to remove it.

Attended with a friend and my baby. The English tea was lovely and Christmas bakewell tasted amazing. A changing table was available and easy to use, as well as plenty of space in the bathroom. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely come back.

Can't say much for the food as i haven't eaten here - but the flat white with oat milk was delicious is amazing - they know how to make a banging coffee. MY only gripe which is why I'm removing one star is that you have to pay 50p more for alternative milk which is kind of annoying.
