I popped in for a quick coffee and a bite to eat, I had the seasonal coffee in a latte which is very tasty and highly recommend. The panini I wanted was out of stock but the staff were accommodating and kindly removed the tomato from another panini I ordered. It was very busy but this did not effect the speed or efficiency of the service the staff delivered. I always receive outstanding customer service with a smile whenever I pop in

Place has improved quite a bit since 3 years ago when the staff were quite rude, now they seem friendly and helpful. The place allows dogs and has some comfy seating, still a bit pricey.

Coffee no1 is no lier, it is number 1. They make the best caramel latte going. Their food is so deliciously fresh and scrumptious. The staff in the Swansea branch are really friendly and welcoming it’s unbelievable. I couldn’t recommend coffee #1 anymore.

Lovely cafe, nice atmosphere. I love their Bosco cheescake. This place is always busy. The staff are very helpful and polite. Since this cafe opened I been there many so times. I like the fact they have loyalty cards so every tenth hot drink is on the house. I think it is a nice touch. They have various healthy smoothies and food options.

This is a lovely venue to have a coffee. The staff are unfailingly friendly and polite. We've been coming here for some years and would always recommend it. However, only three stars this time, why?because the americano has of late become consistently weak and bland. We tried switching to their filtre coffee, but sadly no improvement. Really not sure whats gone wrong here.

Found this place via Google while looking for a coffee shop. I'm not familiar with Swansea so found it hard to find there is a lot of scaffolding outside, blocking the sign. It was a nice place with a great selection of drinks and cakes. I was looking for gluten free which they were able to accommodate. Would visit again.

I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to share my experience. The staff are fairly friendly but don't seem very inviting, the kindness seemed a little 'fake'. However, I understand some may not have had customer service training. The food is over priced, it had my ciabatta would cone with a side salad, however I got a pathetic bit of lettuce and dressing. Also they didn't provide serviets with the food or when my smoothie was extremely full and running on the table. But this review isn't all bad, I was surprised on how clean it was in there, huge thumbs Up!! I understand it's difficult to be everywhere at once but at least they nailed the cleaning. I do really love it here, all it needs is repricing, staff training and more resources like tissues provided. Many thanks- will see you again !

The staff should be commended on how well they worked last night for the Christmas parade. Can't have been easy but without their hardwork and enthusiasm we would have been very cold without our coffees. Look forward to visiting again
