J. J.Excellent service and coffee. Started coming here after Costa across the road change their milk alternatives to watered down Adez milk. They use Alpro here and the coffee is well made and great tasting. Highly recommended

J. W.I came here a few weeks ago and wanted to review DZ but I could not find them on Trip adviser.
I popped in again today with my other half for a quick coffee after doing some shopping.
DZ is clean, tidy, trendy, light and and frankly a breath of fresh air when compared to some of the older coffee shops dotted around town.
The staff welcome you with smiles, they are happy to help and deliver great customer service.
There’s plenty of power sockets as well so a great place to come for coffee and get some work done on the laptop or the iPad so is great and easy to reach location for a meeting out of the office as well.
Only issue I had is that they don’t currently have any loyalty scheme for returning customers such as a stamps card or a points system. I can only hope they start one in the near future.
C. W.I’ve never left a review before but after visiting Double Zero this weekend I thought I would.
Me and my teenage daughter went to the Odeon cinema and called in for something to eat and drink afterwards - we knew it had recently opened and thought it was somewhere different to try.
All of the food and drinks were really nice, we had 2 panini baguettes, a Kinder Beuno milkshake and a smoothie which I think was called a “Big 5”??
The place was clean and tidy, had a toilet we could use which was handy, the staff were great and we received our food quickly.
The only things I would critique is the that the prices are a little expensive and the drinks didn’t quite look how they did on the signs outside. The smoothies were advertised as being served in jar type glasses and the milkshake on the screens looked to be served in a proper glass too, so we were a little disappointed when they were served in plastic cups even though we were sitting in (my daughter more than me, as I think she wanted to take a photo for social media). They still tasted great regardless.
Overall, I’d recommend Double Zero, and hope to visit again sometime in the future to try some of their cakes and other drinks.

The lady took us over to the table after ordering and gave the table a thorough clean and cleaned the menu on the table as well. The food was great and reasonable price for the quality. To top it off the staff were all very friendly.
G. A.Staff were very friendly and helpful, nice selection of food and drink at decent prices. Seating area was nice and the coffee was good! i didnt have any but they do Joes ice cream too which is always a winner!
S. B.Really good, friendly staff. I decided to have a cheese and onion pannini and I should have saved my money. It was £4.50, not very big and had so little filling that I couldn't even taste the cheese. Great place to go for a drink but don't waste your money on the panninis.
