YOU PEOPLE ARE LOVELY! We are a volunteer ambulance crew who got a 999 call whilst waiting for our coffee, got stood down and came back 20 mins later and you had our coffees waiting. Thank you so much! J & J (your “Ambulance Men”)

My boss and I met for a meeting with coffee and lunch. It was clean and friendly environment where we knew we could sit and chat with no interruptions. Unfortunately we both got parking tickets from That day for staying over the allotted 2hrs which we didn’t feel was fair when we were a customer there. Spoke to the manager and they very kindly contacted the private parking company and explained. The staff are polite and pleasant and helpful. I will be going back again, and remembering the 2hr parking. Thank you to all

Really pleased by the helpful and respectful supervisor Allison at this branch. He arranged to waive a ticket I got from overstaying the time limit due to personal circumstances, after euro car parks rejected my appeal. Lovely coffee too (as expected!)

The only bona fide Starbucks drive through in the general area. Orders are accurately served. One main problem is that it is obscenely busy - both from a drive thru and app delivery perspective. It isn’t unusual to have to wait 10-15 minutes for your order regardless of whether you are in the drive thru or have ordered physically or via the app. If you want to avoid this then arrive outside of peak hours around mealtimes when most orders are elongated because people are buying food, which then takes aeons to materialise. Just give yourself time - nothing is more frustrating then having to be somewhere else when you are wedged in the drive thru queue two cars in front and two behind!

Sat inside with my 83 yr old mother as I didn't want her to have a takeaway paper cup. Nevertheless the cups were paper, as standard apparently, I asked for a real spoon for her and was given a wooden one. The place was busy with takeaway delivery drivers loading up, which was clearly the majority of their business. Not nice at all. Probably OK for drive through but not as a cafe

THIS IS AMAZING!! Me and my family order from here all of the time. I love the chai lattes iced or hot. The frappes are good. But the only problem is that there is a long line to get to it if you go in drive through. Sometimes if you are lucky there will be 2 people in line

There was no queue in the shop, however I ended up having a very long wait to get served - it took about 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was waiting, and probably 20 minutes in total wait time to get a single iced latte. There was about 6 people behind the counter (who were clearly very busy & working very hard to fulfil the drive through orders), but its important to not forget about the customers in the shop - In store customers were a clear second priority.

It's a pretty bland Starbucks. We went Saturday afternoon and there was alot of seating. Might be something to do with it being below 5 degrees that day. Heating wasn't on inside. If it was, it wasn't effective. Not the best food selection. No cakes. But they had muffins and various shortbreads and millionaire type things it was clean and there was good parking. Extra star for cleanliness

If the app had worked I'm sure I'd have loved the coffee. Not allowed to go in and order takeaway, and after half a dozen tries I gave up and used the Costa app to order instead. Costa app worked first time - and if it hadn't then they'd have let me order at the counter. Costa coffee was lovely, 5 stars

The lady on the speaker was very pleasant however the young woman taking payment was miserable, ignored me when I asked a question. Also caramel spilt down the cup had to ask for a napkin.. Just not a nice experience won't bother going back to that outlet.

a strange starbucks this one. The same great coffee but staff at divergent ends of the customer service spectrum. Some are awesome and try really hard, others are plain trying and seem to make the others work twice as hard. I'd rate it zero stars on some days and five stars on others. A perfect example of inconsistency and inefficiency to mull over whilst they try to sort out all your coffee order. Proof that it is people who make the experience.

Average starbucks branch, just a shame its across the road from the sewage works, so you can't sit outside if the wind is coming from that direction! Otherwise it's nice, decent interior, but service can be a little slow if drive thru is busy.

If you order with the online app, a separate person makes the drinks than the drive through, which you pick up at the door, so if drive through queue is long then quicker to use the app. You also get free add ons and rewards with the app, and can customise the drink.

All the normal drinks, service is still getting to grips with their timing and with handling a drive through along with walking customers. I stood for a few minutes waiting to be acknowledged and order taken. Staff preoccupied with their job rather than acknowledging new customer. Seemed like low staff number to handle the drive through and walk-ins. Manager apologised and gave free sweet. Just need to balance staff numbers and customer service training.

Love the coffee, but 30 minute wait for drink when the place is practically empty is not good. Tables not cleaned for a couple of hours. Lots of crockery scattered across them all. Let's hope it's just teething issues. Seemed to be enough staff, but a lack of clear structure and process for them to follow.
