J. T.Went to this place on the weekend and I can tell you that this was the best experience I have ever had!
I ordered cappuccinos for me and my girlfriend and I have never tasted a smooth but luxurious tasting coffee in all my time drinking coffee.
Wonderful staff, willing to make your experience better, great coffee and I will be back to have more and experience the food.

R. M.Had a coffee from this place this weekend and was astounded at how delicious this was. My partner had oat milk, which they don't charge for, and was surprised by how delicious it was considering it's hard to get right from other big brand coffee shops. I had a mocha and it blew the other brands way out if the water in terms of price and how tasty it was.
The temperature of the coffee was perfect, the shot I had in it (caramel) was not overly sweet and the two franchise owners were there who served me and were friendly, knowledgeable and they spoke highly of their staff who were not on duty, they definitely cared about their shop and customers which is why I wrote this review.
I will be using this place as my go-to for business meetings and coffee needs from now onwards.
S. G.222 at the crossing is the better out of the 2. At the crossing 222 the staff greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed. You don't have to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke, it has A/C on hot days and it's nice and warm in the winter. The staff serve amazing coffee and cakes, a real customer friendly coffee shop. The only one worth going to in town centre.
T. E. M. B.The best place to get any hot beverages. I personally enjoy a bonofi hot chocolate. The drinks are made in a very rich and tasty way. And the customer service is just Superb. If am at Brunel shopping mall, I always make sure to stop for a hot chocolate or latte and specifically the one upstairs right by the crossing escalator. Highly recommend this spot❤️❤️

N. P.I used to be a regular to Costa until I discovered this little gem of a place. The staff are so lovely and nothing is to difficult for them. If you haven't yet been whist in Swindon then you must, curtsey and politeness is everything in my book and the family who run it have it in bucket loads. Sorry Costa swindon, you've lost my custom.
