Friendly staff and enough seating area for groups of people. Recommend to try the coffee if you are around near to the shop. They have different flavours and all worth trying. Depends on the time of the day and season they are fairly busy so pop in and check out. Most importantly, they do offer “help yourself with used ground coffee” as your garden compose. Actually pretty good idea .

Very good food and coffee. Everything is fresh and large portions! Was getting tired of some of the other coffee chains due to massive drops in standards/quality - this one is a breath of fresh air. (Also for dog owners they welcome dogs 🐕)

What a gem of a place.! As a car owner I didn't even know this place existed as it's next to the bus station. So glad I walked down the ramp to meet my daughter's from college buses. Just settled in for a cuppa, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Shall definitely come again!

Better priced than Starbucks and Costa however there is no hot food option. Minimal choice for vegetarian or vegan. The cakes look creamy but are more jelly than creamy. Disappointed with the quality and selection but the coffee was nice.

After spending a few hours shopping in Telford's amazing shopping centre, I came here to have a chocolate frappe and a baguette to relax from the noise and busyness nearby. The staff were very friendly, professional and knew what they were doing, and coffee prices were reasonable too. The vibe was also really nice too, and there were plenty of comfortable chairs which enhanced the experience. NOTE: This isn't the fault of the cafe, but the entrance/exit of the shopping centre nearby is currently closed for maintenance works so you will need to go an alternate route to reach the cafe easily For dog owners, there is some good news as there dedicated spaces for dogs to stay in the cafe. A few more vegan sandwich options would be good, but the selection of sandwiches available are still satisfactory.

First time visiting this coffee bar, have passed by many times. Very pleasant , with a good selection of cakes to go with your drink. Staff very pleasnt, small outside seating area. Cose to the bus station you can watch for your bus while enjoying your coffee. Will not be our last visit.

I love this place it has an amazing atmosphere the minute you walk through the door it has real unique character .staff are wonderful polite and top class at making amazing drinks .lovely cakes and snacks always look so appealing .Clean on every visit tables have beautiful fresh flowers on the tables .you can take your dog in with you .the seating is just lovely and bookcases full of books to read .when I walk in it feels like home it feels so relaxed .I adore visiting and highly recommended you give this place a try .

Probably the best chai latte I've ever had, delicious sandwiches and cakes, friendly service and a bubbly atmosphere - and dog friendly too! Lots of lovely little extra touches to enjoy. A bit pricey, but would definitely return.

Pleasant staff, comfortable surroundings. Important factors for any business, but what really deserves the 5* is the actual coffee they serve. I’m a big Latte fan so when visiting new places that’s my go-to drink. The latte I had here was really nice! Flavour wise especially, which tells me the houseblend they use must be of fine quality!

Love this place! I'll be honest I was getting a bit fed up of the usual chain coffee shops, there is just no feeling in them, no atmosphere. I have been to Coffee#1 a few times now and the drinks are lovely (recommend the deluxe Mocha) the seating is great along with the atmosphere and the staff are warm and friendly what more do you need? I can easily sit here on the laptop / iPad and there is free WiFi too offered by "The Cloud". Only thing I did notice is I couldn't see any plug sockets available which meant I did have to leave earlier than I would to finish work. The offering is that of all normal Coffee shops with the usual baked goods and cakes along with hot and cold drinks. Parking is opposite (pay and display). Indoor and outdoor seating available. Accessibility is fine with nice wide doors, disabled toilet and the seating isn't fixed so a wheelchair user can easily get to the tables.

Really love this coffee shop beautiful food and drinks. Perfect atmosphere very clean and superb toilets that are not only very clean but smell delightful too I think it is the hand wash but whatever it is it’s lovely. It's a nice place to drink with plenty of menu items but it has a serious wasp problem in the summer. Loads of wasps go in and sit by windows so probably not a good place to sit by them, once went in to order drinks and a wasp was the display case with the muffins. Told the member of staff who was serving me who did nothing.

First visit and spending some time in the shopping centre. It was later in the afternoon and it was quiet in the cafe. We had two mochas with coconut milk and a tea with oat milk. It was the best mocha I've had in a long while. The only negative was that the cups weren't very clean but we'll visit again.
