Here, I had a delightful granola and yogurt bowl, and a delicious vegan matcha latte, as my breakfast. Pollen is a tiny, but charming cafe, and it is also vegan and environmentally friendly! The service was great too! I definitely recommend it.

Gorgeous little cafe. We stumbled across this whilst searching for a vegan friendly place to eat, and so glad we did! Yummy VLT bagel and hummus toast, delicious smoothies and lush cakes. Plenty of vegan options which is always a plus. Super friendly and kind staff too. Wish there more places like this!

Had some yummy bagels here the other morning! Really generous with the fillings and I loved the idea of differing hummus flavours! Only thing I would say is that some of the tables aren’t very supportive on one side so if you put a drink on it they do lean a bit.

Been in here a couple of times while down in Cornwall, absolutely fantastic food, drinks and atmosphere within the cafe. Great for health conscious people, vegetarians or vegans and just great food in general. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting some nice food!

Best cafe in Truro!! Foundation coffee is my favourite in Cornwall, the staff are always so lovely & you have to try the smoothie bowls ! I’ll be visiting here or the sister cafe in the park nearby when I’m back in Truro :) cheers

Not that I’m authority on the topic but living in and around the Melbourne area for the last 10 years has exposed me to some of the finest coffees I’ve ever drunk. Thus, when returning to the UK on holidays, good coffee (in my opinion) can be hard to come by. During my three weeks visit, Pollen had served me the best Flat White I had during my stay, hands down. Some places in London where close, but no cigar. After my Flat White delight, I did return with my son for another one a few days later. Made by another barista, the quality still held up! Served in beautiful ceramic mugs, it’s a nice touch to elevate a customer’s experience, it shows care and pride the owner has for their business, a detail that shouldn’t be ignored. I’m gutted I didn’t try something from the Snackery side of things, everything looks delicious with a focus on health and well-being, which can be tricky to find, even in big towns. Even the more “sinful” options of cakes are delicious, (I did try the carrot cake) which are indicative of the quality of ingredients used along with the baker. Will definitely pop in again!

Absolutely one of the best cafe I've been to here in Truro! Good variety of choices both for drinks and food, and the quality is excellent. I had the avocado toast and my boyfriend had a bagel with hummus, not only they tasted delicious but they looked so nice, showing an extra care in details that makes the difference with other places! The girls working there are so kind and welcoming. We'll definitely go there again!

Mouthwatering coffee, to DIE for sourdough donuts & lunch options & my husband and I are the opposite of Vegan! The staff are also very lovely! Make this your place when you visit Truro!
