Not a bad place to stop and eat/drink prior to a shop. Have stopped here twice recently for food, first time tried the Lasagne and the second time the All Day Breakfast, with my Wife trying the Jacket Potato with fillings. On both occasion the food has been only warm and therefore just about edible. Shame really as the All Day Breakfast is very good and a decent value at £4.85. Also large mug of tea for £1.45 is also good value. Would of rated this Cafe higher if the food was hotter, not rocket science to provide hot food and warm plates instead of cold plates. Visited again 5 months later. All day breakfast now £5.25. Again still good value and food warmer and plates now warmed, so better experience overall hence the four stars instead of the 3 stars I originally gave.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very limited range of gluten free products available. Staff need proper coffee training really, but they are good at the basics (flat white coffee, tea, americano etc). Overall, excellent customer service, nice basic food at reasonable prices. Child and family friendly.

Typically rather good. Busy around midday but if a nice place to stop off on the way to work for a meal. Sometimes the chips are a little bit poor but most of the time they are fine. 🙂

It was OK. The food came out fairly quickly although they had sold out of my first choice. The lemon cake was a bit dry. Some of the chips were also under cooked.

Not bad not great, the earl grey is served in pot with a cup and saucer but the tea bag is not strong enough to brew the tea in the pot so it's just flavoured water, nice.friendly staff

Service is good. The food is okay, unless you get there late, in which case it can be rather dried up. The cutlery is disgusting, and Sainsbury's need to get a good dishwasher.

It's functional, it is one of the most ridiculously slow cafes I have ever been in, even after all the years it has been open there are never enough staff and they are sadly very poorly trained. Sainsburys management should look to their laurels and give their staff a reason to take pride in their work.
