Conveniently located in the city centre of Truro. Next to all the restaurants and shops. Spacious seating area and very friendly staff. Highly recommend for any visitors to Truro and fancy a good cup of coffee!

Really spacious, good coffee and food is available, with friendly staff. There is an upstairs seating area, with a view of the cobbled street below. Restroom facilities inside, plus a baby changing room, although I wasn't impressed by the attentiveness to the bathrooms. Overall lovely place!

Really friendly staff and great selection. This Starbucks is spacious and is clean. Lots of seating, both on the ground floor and first floor. There are toilets available on the ground floor.

Went for coffee, won't be going back. It was not too busy, but the tables had not been cleared and were sticky people were moving trays of empty dishes from table to table.

excuse the empty cups, we will be needing to take better photographs next time. my best friend and i come to this starbucks atleast once a week when our funds allow us too, and i can only express nothing but positivity for the team here in truro. everybody take's their own personality to the job and it is always lovely to come in when i'm having a rubbish day. as said through matt, human beings find three primary safe places in their lives, this starbucks is one of mine. thank you for putting me onto the "extra frapp roast" agenda! :) <3

A nice well kept starbucks, would be nice to have more seating area now that covid restrictions are lifted. Lots of different items on offer and the staff are a credit to the brand. We had a downstairs window seat and it was quite annoying having people sat on the windowsill outside constantly looking in on us, i believe starbucks should place signs on the windowsills outside so that people dont use them as seating. Or frost the bottom of the window so people can still look out above shoulder height while sat down but will be less for passers by to see. But all in all this is a good starbucks

Store looks so much better since the refit, nice and bright, the open style counter is so much more inviting. Wish they kept some of the sofas though, only armchairs available for a comfier sit down. Appreciate there's power sockets by every table. Lots of new staff and they all are super friendly, if this is new company policy I like it a lot.

Good Starbucks with friendly staff. There's seating both up and downstairs although I didn't see disabled access upstairs (might have missed it). Would be great to have a few more "comfy" chairs about, do recommend it though.

The staff were really nice and I admire their capacity to understand what people are asking for when they order,it sounded like gibberish to me! The restaurant area is ok,not very homely or comfortable looking.

The coffee was good. However, getting served took a little while due to the number of folks in front of me. The tables and chairs could do with being replaced with more comfy ones that don't wobble. Other than that, it was a quiet place to sit and enjoy a latte.

Good coffee but the establishment was dirty. Floor needed sweeping. Tables were clear but not clean (needed a wipe). Upholstery so stained on comfy chairs we didn't want to sit on them. Staff were fine and it was 13-30 on a Monday afternoon. Would NOT return. Please improve.

Starbucks as you would expect, although it does get very busy the service is as quick as possible and the staff are already friendly. This is a good pitstop in town for coffee which is always perfect. It has easy access for disabled users and parents with pushchairs and the toilets are downstairs, it is just a shame there is no access to more setting upstairs. The tables are cleared quickly unlike some other places in town.

We really like this Starbucks. We visited Fri afternoon, service was slow between payment and collection, maybe because the guys are having to make so many iced drinks - but it was worth the wait ... I enjoyed the best skinny decaff Cortado in comfy, cool surroundings. Update Nov 2018 - sadly gone downhill, coffee not good and the whole place felt a bit shabby. Need to (Star)buck their ideas up!

Wanted a place to chill out and do some reason during the busy Christmas period. Thankfully upstairs in Starbucks provided the perfect spot to get away from it all. With plenty of power points too! Coffee and service is excellent if not a tad pricey...

Lovely food and drink, in my opinion much better than Costa as I prefer the coffee flavour. Shops starting to look abit old and tired but it is a very busy place with high foot fall. You couldn't call it dirty though. In the middle of Truro so conveniently placed and it has a fair amount of seating.

Came here early Sunday morning. We were just killing time til the shops opened. My wife and I didn't fancy a drink but the boy wanted a babycino (frothy milk). It was free! And the shop staff didn't seem to mind at all.

This Starbucks does not manage to compete well against the Costa across the street. They take far longer to fill out orders and are often not as friendly as the Costa staff. Due to their proximity it is hard to rate it highly
