I had an oat flat white coffee which was very nice and my daughter had a coconut and mango fruit drink but she couldn't drink it because the coconut was overpowering, would be better with more mango added.

Don't go here often but the coffee is outstanding and I'm sure plenty of people haven't tried it due to the competitors side by side... people are missing out indeed ( I'm a coffee fanatic and love to try coffee where ever I can

I like this place. Maybe not the cleanest one , but the bar stuff is always friendly and the coffee ☕️ served is great 👍. Just changed my 4 ⭐️ to 5 ⭐️ , because staff found my friends wireless headphones 🎧 and put them on side for her to collect 👌.

The drinks were nice and hot and the food very nice and enjoyable. There is a fair bit of choice with different drinks, sandwiches, cakes and biscuits being available to choose from. There is quite a lot of seating as well with more chairs and tables upstairs. We went over the Christmas period which meant less staff so tables weren't being cleaned too quickly (understandable though), but still a nice place to visit.

Lovely coffee and service with a smile both times we have visited. There is seating outside with facilities for smokers and extra seating upstairs with the shop. The prices could be cheaper but hey, it's the overpriced coffee culture we live in.

Fantastic location in the town centre a few tables outside when the sun is shinning and nice inside both upstairs and downstairs. Friendly staff and good choice of food... Toilets dated and often with no soap inc the disabled one and coffee can get better when it comes to eg cappuccino that often turns into a latte...

Nice spec and coffee. Good spot to sit on a nice day outside. Slightly spoiled by the smokers who insist on smoking at tables. Could do with segregation of smokers, I for one don't want a lungful of someone else's 2nd hand smoke.

The staff are really super and joyfully communicative, a. Colleague and I visit every. Friday. There is a quiet work space on the premises with power sockets for customer use. It's ground floor is accessible once through the door, included on the ground floor is a spacious unisex toilet with wheelchair access, however the first floor is at the top of a long narrow staircase. Great Coffee and superb cakes and sandwich selection. An added bonus is that they serve breakfast.

I believe the ambiance of a coffee shop is set by the staff serving you and homeliness of the surroundings within it. Caffe Nero in Warrington is run by very friendly, efficient staff. They actually love what they are doing. The range of drinks and food is good. As for the coffee, I prefer it to 2 other very well known brands. Perfectly made coffee. Sitting in homely soft chairs to drink and eat make it spot on!
