Most visits to Starbucks end in disappointment but this wasn’t bad to be fair. The server was happy and smiling. She got the drinks mixed up but it really wasn’t an issue. The only negative thing is the insane cost. For £10 more you could have a full dinner for two people at a restaurant.

Visited for breakfast and sat in. Not busy although the drive thru was starting to get buy as I left and as seems to be the case with other Starbucks, this seems to be the priority for the staff. At 08:30 I was able to find a seat and enjoy my breakfast in a relatively quiet restaurant.

It’s a drive thru Starbucks - with a Greggs’ and a petrol station and a huge amount of electric charging points for your car - nice and clean - not very busy. Not a massive selection of pastries but that may be due to the time of day we visited (about 4pm).

EV charging how it should be. Would prefer to see fully rated chargers though. These are limited to 220amp or so, meaning most EVs will only ever get 100kW speed not the 150kW which is plastered everywhere (only cars like Taycan, Audi etron GT, Ioniq 5 and EV6 will get the full 150kW).

Very quiet when we arrived, spent a very enjoyable 30minutes here. Coffee was well prepared and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

That sean guy is actually amazing. He provided the best service. You guys need to give him a promotion he helped me and my family a lot and i finally saw a smile on my little sisters face for the first time in 5 years after she was served by sean.

Yep, Starbucks, coffee, cakes, assorted foods, beverages, drive through and world domination. Not particularly on the beaten track, but handy if you're in the Birchwood area. The entrance/exit is on the roundabout as if you were going to the BP garage. All standard consistently stuff, friendly staff and pretty useful opening hours.

Good coffee but never put a sleeve on takeaway cups and end up having to keep swapping hands for the first few minutes.

They’re so helpful I have a paper round on Saturday and Sunday I go there every time after for a coffe but because I’m a regular I don’t need to tell them what I want they just make it and I pay so good service if I was there manager I would give them a pay rise it’s the girl and the man in the early morning

Standard Starbucks drive thru. Nice to come and sit for a coffee and a sandwich and nice atmosphere. Staff are always chatting to each other on their headsets and are far more interested in the drive thru customers than those waiting at the counter. They served about 4 drivers whilst I waited for them to make my coffee. Would have given a more generous score if they’d have had someone dedicated to serving customers in the place rather than those outside.
