It's a Starbucks, went with my 11 month old son, staff were friendly, it was slightly dirty with old coffee cups lying on the tables and food on the floor. Other than that happy with my order

Went during December, the festival menus are very nice, heating really made it really amazing to enjoy sipping a good warm coffee, even went back to it Remembering a first date I had there place is warm and welcoming.

Great (under) staffed cafe Impossible, absolutely impossible to clean tables between customers, due to the slave labour! Nice little earner for the owner... Update Fantastic staff, amazing how they manage to stick a broom up there arse, as well as serve with a smile!

Starbucks was, well starbucks. Not your typical coffee shop as the coffee machine is automated (just push a button) no Barista training required.

Great new winter range very yummy, and Starbucks is encouraging its clientele to bring their own reusable cup by charging 5p for their beverage cups!! Considering we now pay 5p or even 10p for carrier bag its great to see that other businesses are trying to reduce their carbon footprint

The staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee can be hit and miss but that depends on if there busy and the barista. The shop is far too small so is very cramped. I often have to squeeze past people sat down with a hot cup of coffee which is a challenge in itself. The place is quite often messy and there are finished cups left on the tables. The place is often understaffed so this probably explains the mess. This place has excellent wifi so is great if you want to get some work done.

Something not quite right at this Starbucks, always seems busy which is fine but there never seems quite enough staff. The coffee just isn't quite right either, just seems a little less creamy and a bit dull. Still free WiFi and choc chip shortbread can't all be bad.
