Reviews of Cassiobury Park Hub & Daisy’s In The Park

Only grabbed a vanilla iced latte for a lovely walk around Cassiobury Park in Watford. Will do a full review if I go back for food.
Few tables and chairs outside and plenty indoors.
Situated right next to the splash park and playground

Something for everyone, forest walks, canal and riverside, large childrens' play area, bouncy castles, pool, cafe with great food and most important of all, a miniature steam (and diesel) traction railway.

Lovely park and facilities. Huge spaces for crowds to spread out and have in spaces. Weather was brilliant. ENJOYED TO THE MAX

What a lovely place just above the kids pool play area in the park. Serves great coffee and selection of cakes. Lovely place to pop into after a dog walk around the most beautiful park that runs the length of the canal. The views for the cafe are stunning around the park. I think this place would be lovely for a summer evening for some pop up chefs to cater for adults dining.

Good Pizza & Burgers.. service as always polite and quick They could offer better cutlery to all people eating in, instead of the wooden stuff which hardly cut a pizza and you help yourself to.
Salads are a great concept, but personally don't think they work in terms of taste.
It's Reasonably priced, expect to spend £12/£15pp if your having a full lunch. They do have kids meals also so that's a plus.
Definitely visiting again.

It's a lovely place, great staff, but they close to early. In the summer, we go out with the kids in the afternoon and would love to have dinner in the park. Also, nice view of the park, but not a lot of tables to sit and enjoy the good weather.

Cassiobury Park Cafe is brilliant in terms of their offerings and staff courtesy. Rush hours could mean a longer wait times for orders though. My flat white coffee was decent enough in taste...hot chocolate however was all milk!

Having sed that Great food and staff.
Sit in or out.

It’s a lovely park, with wide enough paths great for cycling. Good place to lock your bicycles at the cafe. Near the cafe there is wide open space of grass for a picnic. The playground has plenty of climbing areas for small and big children. The cafe had one way system in place, the toilets were in cleaning progress but managed to use their facilities. After some more queuing, we were able to purchase a kids pizza which was delivered promptly and tasted fresh, the dough was just the right thickness; however the ice cream and ice lollies didn’t taste nice, like they were frozen a few times, so we left them. The water area was closed, for obvious reasons. Watch out for the occasional dog owner that does not put a lead on the dog and wonders why other people make a fuss! We spotted a train but we ran out of time to enjoy it - until next time, Cassiobury Park!
