S. M.The service of this Coffee shop has never been great, staff most of time have an attitude. Supposed to be hot Coffee most of time ends up luke warm
L. N.Little but quiet with some tables outside, very nice service and the usual food and coffee from Nero. Vegan options available
N.Great coffee and sweet treats. Had a toastie which was good and a decent size. Find the music upstairs very loud which is a shame, if was quieter I would come more often and work. Lovely staff member, lady with the pink hair, very helpful and knowledgeable.

T. Q. (.Definitely my favourite coffee shop in Woking. Out of all the staff that work there, majority are extremely welcoming and great at what they do.
Never had any issues with redeeming Nero offers in the app, or scanning for stamps - I highly recommend doing so as they have one of the best reward schemes I’ve seen in a coffee shop!
The atmosphere is great, seating is always available, and they have a fantastic playlist upstairs, however it might need a bit of an update as I hear the same songs every time I’m in there.
Overall, 9/10.
L. B.The quality of coffee is on the top level - coffees really taste deliciously. The atmosphere is nice there, the local looks always clean and tidy. Barista ladies are very friendly every time I have been there.
There could be more seats downstairs but of course it's a matter of capability.
M. 2.The tall lady that works here in the mornings deserves a raise. Remembers her regulars and still makes great quality coffee even when the queue is out the door!

n. h.This is a phenomenal coffee shop. If you achieve enough weekly points via Vitality insurance you can get a free coffee. They have great drinks for the kids as well. The Woking branch is on the high street and there are chairs that you can sit on to watch the world go by.

R. S.This is normally less busy than the other town centre coffee shops and you normally get served quite quickly. The staff are polite and competent. The coffee is consistent and a reasonable standard. The food selection is fairly limited.

D. C.What is the biggest factor to make a coffee shop great? The coffee? The interior? The comfy chairs? Nope, for me it's the service, the conversation, the banter, the "good morning, how are you?" Cafe Nero in Woking may have great Italian style dark roasted coffee, relaxing classical music, large sofas, well lit excellent facilities, but it's lacking the soul of good, salt of the earth conversation.

That's all I can really say. Coffee is average. Place has that "well worn" feel to it to make it look historical and inviting. Mismatched furniture, retro cabinets etc.
The service though, rubbish. No hello, no thank you, no smile even. Just minimal conversation to get my order.
As coffee shops go, there are better or same seconds away.
Cafe Nero, when you cannot compete on price, you have to compete on service.
