Great Coffee, very good location central for shopping and for a visit to the Cathedral. There is great and easy access via either open-air or multi storey car park. There is plenty of seating inside and out so if you are in Cathedral Square I recommend Starbucks for a coffee stop.

Great service from Jess D in Worcester. Only needed a cup full of ice for a sprained ankle and she not only gave me a cloth and wrapped the ice in it as well. What a lovely gesture :)

Went with my friends and was surprised about how delicious the frappuccino (cookie and cream) was! We all had one and would definitely go again. The staff were nice and very efficient. 👍

Staff are fantastic here! Coffee is the best from any Starbucks I visit. Only downside is the building is too small! If only they could expand outside more, say get some tables in the area around the Elgar statue?? Please keep up the good work.

The staff are always ultra polite, they make some of the best tasting versions of Starbucks in the Worcestershire area. We’ve never had a bad coffee from them and regardless of how busy they are, they manage their queues professionally, with a smile and with curtesy. Top staff, great job!

Great chill place to relax and people watch! The staff are always very welcoming and very friendly, and available for a chat if I need one! Have to give credit to the blonde Portuguese (Brazilian maybe?) girl who's always very smiley and efficient!

The coffee is great but more importantly there is a real warm welcome by Robyn and her team. All of the staff are really friendly and can’t do enough to provide a very personal experience and there’s always water and the odd Pupachino for our Labrador when her waistline allows 🙂.

Good Starbucks for a takeaway, there's not much seating inside. Staff are always friendly enough and service is quick. There's a small amount of seating outside but plenty of space in Cathedral Square to perch and drink, or go down by the Riverside.
