Love this location, I go most mornings before work and everyone who works there makes it a really nice place to be. I was served today by Adam who was lovely, but truly everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. They also usually have cold brew through the colder months, which I really appreciate.

I go here a lot before work and with me mother sometimes in my days off and always have a lovely experience, the staff are all so lovely. I was served the other day by Emily I think their name is and they are always especially lovely and full of smiles, truly makes it a nice place to go, coffee is always 10/10

I use Starbucks on The Cross in Worcester practically every day. I am always greeted with a smile.. even behind a face mask I know they are smiling!. I don't know how the girls do it but they remember my order all the time. Emily and the team look like they really have fun while working! You're all brilliant and it's a pleasure coming in for my coffee everyday.

This is a lovely branch of starbucks. I don't actually live in Worcester but whenever I'm in the area this is always my first choice for a coffee. The staff are lovely and always make you feel welcome. I normally have a filter coffee which is my favourite choice. My daughter also love the drinks here. 5 stars from us.

I've always felt Starbucks coffee is overhyped, overpriced and I've never been much of a fan, though I must admit the pumpkin spiced latte is pretty good after finally getting round to trying one! This Starbucks is large inside with plenty of seating and an ideal place to do work on my laptop, especially with being open a little later than other coffee shops. Could do with more plug sockets available throughout though. Staff provide a good service and the digital-order service via the app is ridiculously convenient when you're in a rush.

I only ever use this coffee shop now, very friendly and helpful staff and I can’t honestly think of a time where they’ve got it wrong. The coffee is great and well crafted, and lots of different options to choose from. Lovely, friendly staff with some beautiful, unique handmade artwork personalising the cafe. My drink, the hibiscus lemonade infusion, was perfectly made and tasted absolutely incredible. Despite the usual Starbucks corporate premium prices, I can't help but still back again and again for the atmosphere and quality made drinks.

Brilliant place! You can absolutely get any drink you want with any ingredients thrown in there, Best thing if you’re allergic to things or have dietary preferences etc Almost like a pick and mix for drinks! Sadly the day we visited no coffee available as machines not working which seems incredible for a coffee shop!! However staff friendly and the hot chocolate was very good. Interior rather bleak and 'industrial' though plenty seating at tables or on bar stools. Not exactly a cosy place to sit and chat with a coffee, but OK.

It's very nice in here, not much really to see as it's very small, but the drinks are up to standard and very smiley and nice staff, one of the staff is foreign but doesn't really smile, and needs to cheer up a bit. I'm from Birmingham way and its a bit small for a city centre as my closest one is bigger than that and its just a town! But Good Starbucks service.

Very nice coffee beans. Slightly expensive with a high price markup. But then again you are shopping in arguably the most well known coffee establishment on earth. All in all worth the price in my honest opinion.

excellent place to have coffee with an extensive menu of premium grade Arabica bean extract in a soothing beverage. Despite an average drink costing £4 (as much as an entire jar of store-bought coffee) it is worth it, what you get is coffee that I can only dream about. I have tried to make home coffee by crushing beans and letting them stew in water for 8 hours, it still doesn't compare to what you get here, I see them make it quickly using blender, maybe that is proper way but i've never made coffee myself taste as good as here, I have no idea what the secret is, but I enjoy it so much, sometimes I will leave the house just to go there, it's that good. I'm really happy that the store is in our town, the sotre is always very clean, the staff are friendly, it's well lit, the furniture is nice.. short of setting up camp in there, it's the most ideal place for coffee, I know I really need this store in my life. Americans have coffee down to a fine art, I can tell you that much :)

If this coffee shop was any different to the next Starbucks and had a different range of products for sale, the manager would be sacked immediately. It is therefore, what it is. Had a lovely caramel machiate today at this coffee shop, they also cater for customers with dietary requirements, my partner is lactose intolerant and it was no problem for him to get a drink too. Great customer service and air conditioning which was a blessing in this hot weather.

I had a soya latte. I don't know what Starbucks do differently, but it's the best soya latte anywhere around. Delicious. The service was faultless, the coffee shop was clean and tidy. Only downside, the loos weren't as clean as they could be. But nevermind. Everything else was spot on.

I was given a latte instead of a cappuccino, which I had ordered, but I thought sod it, maybe it's fate, I'll give it a go...It was ok-ish. Might have had something to do with the fact that the lady was paying me and what she was doing about as much attention as the fly on the wall, whilst talking to her colleague about a pretty boring lifestory with an excitable passion. Which is great, but I just wanted a cappuccino.

Great coffee in the centre of town. A spacious cafe with plenty of seating; a mix of hard chairs, armchairs and sofas. Service has been quite fast on several occasions that I've visited.

The Drinks are ok but at the time social distancing had to be done but the tables are layed out badly having to sit 2 people on the same side on a bench seat with a tiny round table that would be suited more to chairs and also during our visit no coffees could be made meaning less choice there is no warm feeling in this place

Clean, fairly tidy, but never a guarantee you get what you asked for. I asked for a mocha cheesecake Frappucino... I get a blueberry cheesecake Frappucino! If you say it's wrong the staff look at you as if you have lost the plot! The staff are sometimes okay, sometimes not that helpful dependent on who is on shift that day! Pot luck!

Again as common to the town centre this a rather dark location. The coffee is a mixed bag and variety of offerings including promotions of Spiced Pumpkin Latte, and so on. The trade is on the main shopping street at the busiest location in the town on the Top Cross. The staff are experienced, mainly female, baristers, who offer a wide variety of Starbucks products. However there is a tendency to loud banging music which can be off-putting, and the unforunate reputation fro attracting the town's small vice population. Located near Foregate rail station, "mainliners' tend to trawl in an out on a regular basis. Standard pricing makes it very affordable, and loafers and layabouts frequently use it as a rest room for their sojourns beyond the school blackboard. A central bar in the cafe offers stool seating area, but the seats behind make it slightly over-crowded, and perhaps too reminiscent of a canteen at times. A central location but only mildly disappointing.
