l. b.Stopped off for a quick coffee,
Cortado and a glass of milk.
A few tables in the shop had trays on them.
Also 3 out of the 4 tables outside needed clearing.
As you can see from attached photo I sat outside and this needed clearing.
I was here 15 min and they didn't get cleared in this time.
Staff were friendly but possibly understaffed ( I only saw 2 of them)
Coffee was made well yet the milk was disappointing as it was slightly warm where the jug had been sitting out of the fridge also only 2/3rd had been poured??
I would give them the benefit of doubt and come here again but only because they were friendly and polite.
L. B.Really friendly staff but it seemed like every member may have been new, part orders being done, wrong orders nearly every customer, expect a bit of a wait, not the quick pop in I expected.

S. B.A bit dark and dingy. Not the place you would want to spend much time inside.
H. F.I enjoyed having a break there. Sadly my coconut latte drink was cool. The assistant did not warm the glass before so it wasn't up to the usual standard. Also the assistant did not hand me back my card and change she put it on the tray. Service wasn't up to standard normally have. Think she was having an off day. She didn't even smile or give eye contact. Strange.
T. W.As someone who is an avid coffee drinker and lover of cafes,
I adore this cafe.
The seating is nicely spaced apart and the lighting isn't too harsh.
There are seats by the windows and at the back a kind of tucked away corner.
Some of the staff are friendly but I think some of them are new and still learning as they aren't as inviting.
The decor is very nice and their bathrooms are clean.
Food and drink up to Costa standard and many plug sockets to choose from with free WiFi.
There's a few tables outside for seating and a large choice of sofas, chairs and high chairs inside.
L. H.Great friendly staff. I had my stick and they were so helpful asking if I wanted my purchase carried to my car. They had run out of cream (on hot choc) and were so apologetic. When I explained it was for the homeless man, the manager said she would personally go out and apologise and take him coffee when she finished. They helped me choose some food for him and packaged it up in a little bag so I could easily carry it over for him. One thing I did notice which I havent in other Costa's is that there is a nice amount of space around the till and counter area, making it much easier if I was in my wheelchair. A lot of coffee shops have the seating crammed in and not a lot of room to move around, but this shop seemed to have plenty of room. I certainly will go back!!
S. M.One of my favourite hang outs in broadcaster (worthing in fact) so much better than the filthy Starbucks down the road. I can always get a seat but don't feel like it's a ghost town. They always make a great flat white too!

D. M.Bit full on with mums and women eating cake . So if your thing, great... if you are fed up with prams, screaming kids, noise and breasts out, then not your thing.

K. S.Clean and tidy but understaffed service area on my visit. One young person serving while other staff appeared less busy in the cafe so could've helped him.
Despite this, he coped well.

T. R.One of the new stores in our area, very smart shop. Staff friendly and efficient, but Costa need to take a look at existing stores now, to bring them up to spec, or they'll lose business, no lack of competition!
