Staff are always lovely & the coffee is amazing, had the best caramel ice latte of my life from here. Even when it’s busy all the staff are polite & quick at their service. Absolutely amazing 10/10. Come here all the time & never disappointed

it's a nice costa i like going there but only when I have a lot of time to spare. They really need another staff member behind the bar during peak times, the two times I went at lunch I couldn't get anything because I had to wait so long while the two baristas behind the bar tried to keep up with everyone's orders

Here we have your normal Costa Coffee, if you've been to one before you'll know what to expect, if not... Good coffee and snacks and friendly service, I do have to rate this branch down slightly as depending on the staff member serving you, your drink could end up being slightly different everytime, there is a young girl who works in there (not sure of name) but she is fantastic and a credit to Costa

Extremely busy ... sanitiser by the door, pleasant, friendly staff, good selection of cake and sandwiches .... tables outside needed wiping over as did the stand for collecting sugar and stirrers from .... closes at 4pm.

Popped in this morning and I loved the friendliness of the staff. Both male and female staff were warm and welcoming, shop was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. I didn't feel I had to buy everything apart from the coffee I wanted. I don't do lots of reviews but I wanted too write one for this experience. Fabulous service from equally fabulous staff. A BIG thank you to them.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy. There were only two people working - one on the coffee machine and one doing the till, heating the food and taking uber eat/ click and collect orders. Far too much for two people to deal with. Food and coffee was great but there could have been one extra member of staff dealing with the online orders.

Very polite and friendly staff! Love the drinks! I ordered off of Uber and the whole order leaked. I don't think it was anyone's fault, it's going to happen from time to time when transporting hot drinks; but, Uber eats were awful and would not help. I went into Costa and there were no arguments, they were very understanding, apologetic and remade my order for me straight away. The drinks were lovely and the staff were amazing! Lovely local Costa!

Really lovely team in the Goring Rd branch, always cheerful and helpful when I see them, even when the queue is out the door and around the corner :-) Great range of drinks, good selection of non-dairy milks - try a mocha with almond milk.(throw all diet-based caution to the wind and go with the extra indulgent toppings too :-) ) I avoid the cakes etc, they are quite expensive so that makes it easier, and I am now low-carb, but I have enjoyed a Sicilian lemon muffin and the 70% dark chocolate is worth it for an energy boost. Loos off limits at present (april 2021) but they are very clean, tidy and disabled facilities and access very good.

Fairly typical Costa outlet - in the local hospital which people may agree or disagree with - but the coffee may not be absolutely the best, but it is consistent and, unlike the well known American coffee chain, not burned to within an inch of it's life. You know what you're going to get, an acceptable cup of espresso coffee...
