F. o.After being given the wrong train time by a member of Southern Rail ticket office staff, buying a drink from the tall tatooed girl was like an instant balm..shes an Angel of Mercy and puts 2 tea bags for a proper brew, stirs tea n gives free biccy all the while soothing with kind words...youre a STAR girl!!!

A. T.I've actually always found the service quite nice, however the prices are a little high considering I don't think I've ever had a coffee from here that wasn't burnt. The staff are clearly doing it correctly so perhaps check something with the machine? -A fellow barista
