Where do I start... I only randomly came across this Cafe through a search via Google maps. I'm not local, I was looking for an area Atkins Worthing where I can use their facilities to undertake a staff catch I manage around these areas. When I contacted and spoken to the staff member to discuss my needs. He was very accommodating. On arrival they had the table reserved for me with a power supply for my laptop. I had a Mocha which was very well presented, shame I forgot to take a photo of it. I was here for several hours, and the staff were very accommodating throughout. Later in the afternoon, I ordered a Jacket, Cheese, Beans with Mushrooms which included Salads. I was rather surprised and taken by their salad. It was not the usual just chopped up standard salad, it was well seasoned with the unusual ingredients. It went down a treat along with the Jacket potato. I would highly recommend this cafe, the prices I found were quite reasonably cheap in my opinion. And if I were to visit this area in future, I would certainly look to stop by here again!

Food quality is great, cannot fault, if that's what you're after and you don't mind where it's located then I would have given it five stars; however I would of plopped vals a little closer to the seafront and town centre, with a bigger inside and better quality tables to sit on outside. Brilliant food, brilliant hostess, unsure about the dining experience! But hey, I left with a nice belly :)

Needed somewhere to stop whilst car was getting serviced. Reluctantly going into what I thought was going to be a greasy spoon. It was far from it! I only stopped for a drink but the breakfasts looked delicious, customers polishing off their plates - all at a really reasonable price too! And the team were super friendly! M

Such a lovely place! I went for lunch with my daughter after a stroll along the seafront and had a wonderful time with delicious food and lovely company. The staff are so friendly and the chef is out of this world. It left me with a massive smile on my face. I'll be back soon for sure ☺️

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a happy cheery face. I asked about having a takeaway but decided I'd rather sit in, especially as it was quiet at 9am when I went in. My cup of tea was brought out quickly and was nice and hot. I didn't have to wait long until my large breakfast arrived. It was all cooked lovely, and tasted delicious. All of it was piping hot. The bread and butter was a nice touch to mop up all the juices. Overall, it's a lovely little cafe, with lovely staff (I'm presuming the owner), and I will most certainly be back when I'm in Worthing. Thank you for a lovely breakfast 😁

Cant speak highly enough of the customer service here. We arrived with 2 toddlers and were instantly offered booster/high chairs. Drinks order was taken as soon as we'd settled down and food order soon after. The variety was fantastic, with a roast, all day breakfast, burger, and sandwich, coming out together and in good time. Val's is a hidden gem away from the madness, and we'll surely be back any time we're down that way.

Very nice cafe, Val is a very friendly and helpful owner. Prices are great, with large value for money portions. Plenty of options and you can add items to your breakfast. Vegetarian friendly with Linda McCartney sausages. Massive plus being that the tea is Yorkshire tea, our favourite tea.

Absolutely fantastic food, service and good prices Me and my partner go for breakfast almost every saturday, lockdown permitting, and love to try new places. We both agreed this is the best breakfast we've had in a very very long time. Everything was cooked perfectly, with good quality ingredients. Nothing was overly try-hard nor overly greasy. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be returning. Very pleased with this accidental find!
