S. M.Not only is Trio on the shortest street in York, you can sit and watch the world go by, having a fantastic coffee and beautiful pastry. Wonderful family run place, who are really friendly and welcoming.

E. S.The food was okay for the price we paid, however we were a bit shocked at the weird cocktail menu descriptions that had quite offensive and misogynistic vibes about them. Could do better and re-evaluate this for the future?!
M. E.A warm simit (the round bagel like ring), a hot Turkish coffee and a cold sunny day in York under the outside warming heaters. What could be better?
A year later and back yet again in the warm winter sun. Still a favourite place for a Turkish coffee and a warm simit.

The wine I got was perfect for me. The potatoes was kind of basic but I did not expected nothing more. The dessert with pistachios was really good.
I am not exactly sure if I would give them 5 stars for the food but for the wine, service and atmosphere - 5 stars is not enough.
Toilets are clean and comfortable too and I think it is very important. Would recoomend!
